4ab18a0ba6 common: Move CONFIG_SYS_DEF_EEPROM_ADDR out of common.h 
This define seems better suited to the eeprom header file, particularly
as it is only used in the eeprom.c file.

Move it.

cb3ef6810a common: Move old EEPROM functions into a new header 
These functions do not use driver model but are still used. Move them to a
new eeprom.h header file.
