7ccaa31380 MAINTAINERS: Update STi and STM32 maintainers emails in remaining files 
A previous series already update STMicroelectronics emails maintainers
but some files have been omitted (Makefile, .dts, .dtsi and .rst files).
Update Patrick and my email address with the one dedicated to upstream
activities.

Synchronize U-boot DT with kernel v5.2 for stih410-b2260.
Update stih410-b2260-u-boot.dtsi accordingly.

da33b0a1ca ARM: dts: sti: Add stih410-b2260-u-boot.dtsi 
STiH410 has 2 PHYs wired on the DWC3 IP, USB2 and USB3 PHYs.
As currently no U-boot driver is available for the USB3 PHY and to avoid
issue during DWC3 drive probe, we use DWC3 IP with only USB2 PHY
using stih410-b2260-u-boot.dtsi file.
