c435538888 imx7d-sdb: Sync devicetree with kernel 6.5-rc1
Commit 0aea5dda29 ("ARM: dts: imx7d-sdb-u-boot: Fix usdhc1 UHS
operation") did a temporary workaround by addng the usdhc1 fix
inside the -u-boot.dtsi file.

The imx7d-sdb.dts from kernel 6.5-rc1 contains the proper UHS
fix, so sync the devicetree tree and remove the previous fix
from -u-boot.dtsi.

Also, adjust the PMIC node name inside pmic_get() to match
the devicetree update.

24ea366add imx: imx7d-sdb: fix ethernet, sync .dts with linux
Commit 0d52bab46 (mx7dsabre: Enable DM_ETH) changed these flags from 0
(aka GPIO_ACTIVE_HIGH) to GPIO_ACTIVE_LOW. It claimed to "Also sync
device tree with v5.5-rc1", but in the linux tree, these gpios have
always been GPIO_ACTIVE_HIGH ever since this node was introduced
around v4.13 (linux commit 184f39b5).

I'm guessing that the reason for the GPIO_ACTIVE_LOW was to work
around the behaviour of the soft-spi driver back then, which
effectively defaulted to spi-mode 3 and not 0. That was arguably a bug
in the soft-spi driver, which then got fixed in 0e146993bb (spi: add
support for all spi modes with soft spi), but that commit then broke
ethernet on this board.

Fix it by setting the gpios as active high, which as a bonus actually
brings us in sync with the .dts in the linux source tree.

Without this, one gets

Net: Could not get PHY for FEC0: addr 0
    No ethernet found.

With this, ethernet (at least ping and tftp) works as expected from
the U-Boot shell.

3b82335015 imx: imx7d-sdb: Add DM QSPI support
On iMX7D SabreSD board, the QSPI has pins conflict with EPDC (default).
To use QSPI, users have to rework the board (de-populate R388-R391, R396-R399
populate R392-R395, R299, R300). So we add new DTS file and new defconfig
dedicated for QSPI.

Other changes to support the DM QSPI:
 - Add QSPI node and alias spi0.
 - Modify spi4 (spi-gpio) node and add alias spi5 for it to avoid req
   conflict
 - Add EPDC node in imx7d.dtsi and disable it in imx7d-sdb-qspi.dts to
align with kernel and also present the conflict.
 - Add -u-boot.dtsi to modify compatible string of mx25l51245g@0 to
   "spi-flash"
 - Remove iomux settings of qspi in board codes which is not needed
   for DM driver.

83d290c56f SPDX: Convert all of our single license tags to Linux Kernel style
When U-Boot started using SPDX tags we were among the early adopters and
there weren't a lot of other examples to borrow from. So we picked the
area of the file that usually had a full license text and replaced it
with an appropriate SPDX-License-Identifier: entry. Since then, the
Linux Kernel has adopted SPDX tags and they place it as the very first
line in a file (except where shebangs are used, then it's second line)
and with slightly different comment styles than us.

In part due to community overlap, in part due to better tag visibility
and in part for other minor reasons, switch over to that style.

This commit changes all instances where we have a single declared
license in the tag as both the before and after are identical in tag
contents. There's also a few places where I found we did not have a tag
and have introduced one.

893d98d9aa ARM: dts: add pinmux and tuning settings for HS200/SDR104
The pinmux and tuning settings are from
https://source.codeaurora.org/external/imx/linux-imx/tree/arch/
arm/boot/dts/imx7s.dtsi?h=imx_4.9.11_1.0.0_ga
https://source.codeaurora.org/external/imx/linux-imx/tree/arch/
arm/boot/dts/imx7d-sdb.dts?h=imx_4.9.11_1.0.0_ga

To support HS200 and SDR104, we need change pinmux settings dynamically.
And configure tuning step and start tuning tap, otherwise you may
see tuning failure.
