Seems that u-boot can't probe i2c bus at 2.6Mhz speed, so lower
the speed to the default value 100Khz.
v2: fix i2c1 frequency in the root omap3-u-boot.dtsi include.

Create generic omap3-u-boot.dtsi file that omap3 based boards
can include to generate device tree in SPL for booting MLO.

With the introduction of the omap serial driver, the need for some
of these U-Boot specific modifications is gone. This cleans up
this unnneeded stuff.

When U-Boot started using SPDX tags we were among the early adopters and
there weren't a lot of other examples to borrow from. So we picked the
area of the file that usually had a full license text and replaced it
with an appropriate SPDX-License-Identifier: entry. Since then, the
Linux Kernel has adopted SPDX tags and they place it as the very first
line in a file (except where shebangs are used, then it's second line)
and with slightly different comment styles than us.
In part due to community overlap, in part due to better tag visibility
and in part for other minor reasons, switch over to that style.
This commit changes all instances where we have a single declared
license in the tag as both the before and after are identical in tag
contents. There's also a few places where I found we did not have a tag
and have introduced one.

The DTS files had some spacing issues and they needed fixing. This
pull re-sync's the OMAP3xx related DTS files with Linux 4.13-RC5.
To keep the DTS and DTSI files clean and in sync with Linux, new
u-boot.dtsi files are added.

V3: The resync broke card detect on MMC1 on Logic PD's Torpedo,
so we add the cd-invert to the Torpedo's -u-boot.dtsi file.
V2: Add the u-boot.dtsi files for OMAP3, OMAP36xx, and Torpedo
Remove the need for the second patch in the series
