ef0f2f5752 Move defaults from config_cmd_default.h to Kconfig 
This sets the default commands Kconfig to match
include/config_cmd_default.h commands in the common/Kconfig and removes
them from include/configs.

4a8c3f693e Use __stringify() instead of xstr() 
Some boards still use xstr(). Replace remaining occurrences
of xstr() by commonly used __stringify().

4387cf1ae1 mpc52xx: add common o2dnt and o2dnt2 support and configurations 
Add common code for o2dnt and o2dnt2 based boards and add different
board configuration files for O2D, O2I, O2DNT2, O2D300, O2MNT and
O3DNT boards.
