Note: bananapi-m3 and cubietruck-plus board dts files has
usb_otg enabled in U-Boot which were not present in Linux.

When the OTG node was added, its reg property for its address space was
missing. With commit f4f9896ac3 ("musb: sunxi: Use base address from
device tree"), the OTG controller's address is derived from the device
tree exclusively. The missing property results in U-boot crashing when
MUSB is initialized.

Sync dts files with the upstream kernel including
changes queued for 4.6:

Note this adds a number of new unused board dts files. I've asked the
authors of the kernel commits adding these to submit a matching defconfig
to u-boot.

Allwinner A83T is new octa-core cortex-a7 SOC.
This adds the basic dtsi, the clocks differs from
earlier sun8i SOCs.
This is not yet included in kernel.
