sama5d2_xplained DRAM detection code will be modified to use device tree
instead of hardcoded addresses. In order to prepare that, add the memory
node to at91-sama5d2_xplained.dts.

The GPIO polarity for onewire must be GPIO_ACTIVE_HIGH.
On previous versions this used to work as it looks like the right flag values
are being passed since :
https://lists.denx.de/pipermail/u-boot/2020-April/407195.html
And that series broke the old functionality for onewire nodes.
Some boards had the correct value for the polarity, but it wasn't clear
so I replaced it with the right macro for the flag, instead of an empty value.

Fix the following:
- use "jedec,spi-nor" binding, we use jedec compatible flashes
- set bus width to 4, we use quad capable flashes
- differentiate bewteen data and clk and cs pins
- drop partions as we don't use them in u-boot.

There is no reason not to use the Linux "jedec,spi-nor" binding in U-Boot
dts files. This compatible has been added in sf_probe, let use it.
This patch switches to jedec,spi-nor when spi-flash is used in the DTS
and DTSI files, and removed spi-flash when jedec,spi-nor is already
present.
The x86 dts are switched in a separate commit since it depends on a change
in fdtdec.
