Simon Glass	cafe8712e8	video: Renname vbe.h to vesa.h ... We want to use VBE to mean Verfiied Boot for Embedded in U-Boot. Rename the existing VBE (Vesa BIOS extensions) to allow this. While at it remove the duplicate static version of load_elf_image_phdr under arch/arm/mach-imx/imx_bootaux.c.
