This converts the following to Kconfig:
CONFIG_ENV_SPI_BUS
CONFIG_ENV_SPI_CS
CONFIG_ENV_SPI_MAX_HZ
CONFIG_ENV_SPI_MODE
Most of time these value are not needed, CONFIG_SF_DEFAULT
with same value is used, so I introduced CONFIG_USE_ENV_SPI_*
to force the associated value for the environment.

The SPI NOR frameware was recently updated, but they require a little
more memory that we had previosly allocated, so it stopped booting.
This patch doubles the size of CONFIG_SPL_SYS_MALLOC_F_LEN to 0x800.

Now that CMD_UBI does not select CMD_MTDPARTS we need to make platforms
that had been enabling it turn it on by hand. This exposed that we had
not yet migrated CMD_MTDPARTS fully, so do so now.

The SPL space is limited. In order to try to enable DM in SPL,
we need more space. When combined wtih TINY_PRINTF, this reduces
the size of SPL by 6.5k

Since using DM_I2C_COMPAT throws a warning during compilation,
and it isn't really needed any longer, so this patch removes
this feature and shrinks the code a bit.

We have the following cases:
- CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS was defined, migrate normally
- CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS_MAX was defined and then used for
CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS after a check, just migrate it over now.
- CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS was very oddly defined on p2771-0000-* (to 1024 +
2), set this to 8.

This converts the following to Kconfig:
CONFIG_SPI
This partly involves updating code that assumes that CONFIG_SPI implies
things that are specific to the MPC8xx SPI driver. For now, just update
the CONFIG tests. This also involves reworking the default for
CONFIG_SYS_DEF_EEPROM_ADDR so that we don't set it when we cannot make a
reasonable default, as it does not cause any compile failures.

On the NIOS2 and Xtensa architectures, we do not have
CONFIG_SYS_TEXT_BASE set. This is a strict migration of the current
values into the defconfig and removing them from the headers.
I did not attempt to add more default values in and for now will leave
that to maintainers.

We move all instances of CONFIG_MTDIDS_DEFAULT and
CONFIG_MTDPARTS_DEFAULT from the header files to the defconfig files.
There's a few cases here where we need to expand upon what was in the
header file.

Having this as a 'default y' is rather annoying because it doesn't
actually compile unless other options are defined in the board header:

There is a discrepency between U-Boot and Linux on the partition map.
This enabes the MTD parts to pass MTD partition information from U-Boot to
Linux. Linux already has a pending patch to enable MTD PARTS in
davinci_all_defconfig

Currently these (board agnostic) commands cannot be selected using
menuconfig and friends. Fix this the obvious way. As part of this,
don't muddle the meaning of CONFIG_HASH_VERIFY to mean both 'hash -v'
and "we have a hashing command" as this makes the Kconfig logic odd.
