The sandburst-specific i2c drivers have been deleted, conflict was just
over the SPDX conversion.

Move these fields into arch_global_data and tidy up. This is needed for
both ppc and m68k since they share the i2c driver.

It can be optimised out by the compiler otherwise resulting
in obscure errors like a board not booting.
This has been documented in README since 2006 when these were
first fixed up for GCC 4.x.
