9d2b18a0f9 Rewrite command lookup and help command (fix problems with bubble 
sort when sorting command name list). Minor cleanup here and there.

8bde7f776c * Code cleanup: 
- remove trailing white space, trailing empty lines, C++ comments, etc.
  - split cmd_boot.c (separate cmd_bdinfo.c and cmd_load.c)
