- In ARMv8 NXP Layerscape platforms we also need to make use of
CONFIG_SYS_RELOC_GD_ENV_ADDR now, do so.
- On ENV_IS_IN_REMOTE, CONFIG_ENV_OFFSET is never used, drop the define
to 0.
- Add Kconfig entry for ENV_ADDR.
- Make ENV_ADDR / ENV_OFFSET depend on the env locations that use it.
- Add ENV_xxx_REDUND options that depend on their primary option and
SYS_REDUNDAND_ENVIRONMENT
- On a number of PowerPC platforms, use SPL_ENV_ADDR not CONFIG_ENV_ADDR
for the pre-main-U-Boot environment location.
- On ENV_IS_IN_SPI_FLASH, check not for CONFIG_ENV_ADDR being set but
rather it being non-zero, as it will now be zero by default.
- Rework the env_offset absolute in env/embedded.o to not use
CONFIG_ENV_OFFSET as it was the only use of ENV_OFFSET within
ENV_IS_IN_FLASH.
- Migrate all platforms.

Today in initr_reloc_global_data() we use some non-obvious tests to
determine if we need to relocate the env_addr within gd or not. In
order to facilitate migration of other symbols to Kconfig we need to
introduce a new symbol for this particular use case.

- Add support for rockchip pmic rk805,rk809, rk816, rk817
- Add rk3399 board Leez support
- Fix bug in rk3328 ram driver
- Adapt SPL to support ATF bl31 with entry at 0x40000
- Fix the u8 type comparision with '-1'.
- Fix checkpatch warning for multi blank line and review signature.
Use the same SPL_STACK_R_ADDR in Kconfig instead of each board config;
default to 0x4000000(64MB) instead of 0x80000(512KB) for this address
can support all the SoCs including those may have only 64MB memory, and
also reserve enough space for atf, kernel(in falcon mode) loading.
After the ATF entry move to 0x40000, the stack from 0x80000 may be override
when loading ATF bl31.

Add default SPL_FIT_GENERATOR py script for rockchip platforms if
specific target enabled SPL_LOAD_FIT.
So, this would help get rid of explicitly mentioning the default
SPL FIT generator in defconfigs. however some targets, like puma_rk3399
still require their own FIT generator so in those cases the default will
override with defconfig defined generator.

for both power and external display. It includes a Chrome OS EC
(Cortex-M3) to provide access to the keyboard and battery functions.
Support so far includes only:
- UART
- SDRAM
- MMC, SD card
- Cros EC (but not keyboard)
Not included:
- Keyboard
- Display
- Sound
- USB
- TPM
Bob is quite similar to Kevin, the Samsung Chromebook Plus, but support
for this is not provided in this series.
