Add a driver for the designware serial UART used on sunxi. This just
redirects to the normal ns16550 driver.
Add a stdout-path to the device tree so that the correct UART is chosen.

Adjust the driver so that leaf functions take a pointer to the serial port
register base. Put all the global configuration in the init function, and
use the same settings from then on.
This makes it much easier to move to driver model without duplicating the
code, since with driver model we use platform data rather than global
settings.
The driver is compiled with either the CONFIG_PL010_SERIAL or
CONFIG_PL011_SERIAL option and this determines the uart type. With driver
model this needs to come in from platform data, so create a new
CONFIG_PL01X_SERIAL config which brings in the driver, and adjust the
driver to support both peripheral variants.

Add driver model support so that ns16550 can support operation both with
and without driver model.
The driver needs a clock frequency so cannot stand alone unfortunately. The
clock frequency must be provided by a separate driver.

Serial devices support simple byte input/output and a few operations to find
out whether data is available. Add a basic uclass for serial devices to be
used by drivers that are converted to driver model.

Compile drivers/serial/serial.c by default both into SPL and into
non-SPL builds, since CONFIG_SERIAL_MULTI is now the default state.
Also having common/serial.c in by default now, it's pointless to keep
-DCONFIG_SERIAL_MULTI in CPPFLAGS any longer, so remove it as well.

Enable CONFIG_SERIAL_MULTI for all builds of U-Boot. That includes
both SPL builds and non-SPL builds, everything. To avoid poluting
this patch with removal of ifdef-endif constructions containing
CONFIG_SERIAL_MULTI, the CONFIG_SERIAL_MULTI is temporarily added
into CPPFLAGS in config.mk . This will be again removed in following
patch.

This serial driver had wrong name of the source file for some time
now. The name of the driver was serial.c instead of any more logical
and fitting name. Thus, rename the driver source file to serial_ns16550.c
and be done with it.

This was used by the AVP in early boot but is no longer used. Unless we

This uart simply writes to stdout and reads from stdin. We might imagine
instead buffering the data so that a test interface can check output and
inject input.

Before this commit, weak symbols were not overridden by non-weak symbols
found in archive libraries when linking with recent versions of
binutils. As stated in the System V ABI, "the link editor does not
extract archive members to resolve undefined weak symbols".
This commit changes all Makefiles to use partial linking (ld -r) instead
of creating library archives, which forces all symbols to participate in
linking, allowing non-weak symbols to override weak symbols as intended.
This approach is also used by Linux, from which the gmake function
cmd_link_o_target (defined in config.mk and used in all Makefiles) is
inspired.
The name of each former library archive is preserved except for
extensions which change from ".a" to ".o". This commit updates
references accordingly where needed, in particular in some linker
scripts.
This commit reveals board configurations that exclude some features but
include source files that depend these disabled features in the build,
resulting in undefined symbols. Known such cases include:
- disabling CMD_NET but not CMD_NFS;
- enabling CONFIG_OF_LIBFDT but not CONFIG_QE.

As the common code also handles baudrate switching, which the board
specific vct.c driver did not support, this is one of the rare
occassions where deleting code actually adds a feature :)
