The Kconfig symbol CONFIG_STACK_SIZE is used both by ARM and Microblaze
with the same meaning. Move it to menu 'General setup' so that we can use
it for all architectures.
Use the value of CONFIG_STACK_SIZE instead of a hard coded 16 MiB value for
reserving memory in the UEFI sub-system.

In a few places we have Kconfig entries that set SPL_LDSCRIPT to what is

Setup initrd_high and fdt_high to be placed in lowmem space for kernel to
be able to reach it. Values are setup at run time to ensure that the same
setting can be used on different memory setup. Do this setting only when
variables are not
Similar run time detection was done for Zynqmp and Versal.

CMD_DM is used for debug purpose and it shouldn't be enabled by default
via Kconfig. Unfortunately this is in the tree for quite a long time
that's why solution is to use imply DM for all targets which are
enabling DM.

Converting GPIO to DM requires to do changes in reset subsystem
that's why support for Microblaze soft reset via sysreset and GPIO
sysreset support was added.
These two patches enables enabling GPIO DM.
Microblaze soft reset is bind at last reset method.
GPIO reset is handled via sysreset with adding this fragment to DT.

hard-reset-gpio property is not documented and also handled.
Conversion is required.

With SPL_LDSCRIPT moved to Kconfig (and this being a 'string' config
node), all the lingering definitions in header files will cause
warnings/errors due to the redefinition of the configuration item.
As we don't want to pollute the defconfig files (and values should
usually be identical for entire architectures), the defaults are moved
into Kconfig. Kconfig will always pick the first default that
matches, so please keep these values at the end of each file (to allow
any board-specific Kconfig, which will be included earlier) to
override with an unconditional default setting.

This option should not really be user selectable. Note that on PowerPC
we currently only need BOARD_LATE_INIT when CHAIN_OF_TRUST is enabled so be
conditional on that.

By making the board selections optional, every defconfig will include
the board selection when running savedefconfig so if a new board is
added to the top of the list of choices the former top's defconfig will
still be correct.

CONFIG_SPL should not be enabled for boards that do not have SPL.
CONFIG_SUPPORT_SPL introduced by this commit should be "select"ed
by boards with SPL support and CONFIG_SPL should depend on it.

Now the types of CONFIG_SYS_{ARCH, CPU, SOC, VENDOR, BOARD, CONFIG_NAME}
are specified in arch/Kconfig.
We can delete the ones in arch and board Kconfig files.

provide a menu to select target boards
- board/${VENDOR}/${BOARD}/Kconfig or board/${BOARD}/Kconfig
set CONFIG macros to the appropriate values for each board
- configs/${TARGET_BOARD}_defconfig
default setting of each board

In Linux Kernel, defconfig files are located under
arch/${ARCH}/configs/ directory.
It works in Linux Kernel since ARCH is always given from the
command line for cross compile.
But in U-Boot, ARCH is not given from the command line.
Which means we cannot know ARCH until the board configuration is done.
That is why all the "*_defconfig" files should be gathered into a
single directory ./configs/.
