Rather than relying on common.h to provide this include, which is going

By making dram_init_banksize() return an error code we can drop the
wrapper. Adjust this and clean up all implementations.

Make use of the newly implemented weak default_serial_console in
the serial_pxa driver. This removes all reimplementations of this
function from board files.
