Sync the devicetree files used in the kernel for the imx8mm-phyboard-polis
with the corresponding devicetree files in U-Boot.
Replaced phycore-imx8mm.dts with kernel dts imx8mm-phyboard-polis-rdk.dts
Synced with kernel 6.5.0-rc1 commit
