This additional bitflip memory test is inspired by the bitflip test
in memtester v4.3.0. It show some errors on some problematic GARDENA
MT7688 based boards. The other memory tests usually don't show any
errors here.

This patch changes mtest to correctly count the overall errors and
print them even in the abort (Ctrl-C) case.

Both CMD_MX_CYCLIC and MX_CYCLIC are in use and defined in Kconfig,
but only the non-CMD version currently does anything. This changes all
usages to prefer the CMD_MX_CYCLIC option (since it's only affecting
addition of the commands), and switches defconfigs using the non-CMD
version to use the CMD version.

This is not really a CONFIG since it is not intended to be set by boards.
Move it into the compiler header with other similar defines, and rename

The command cp fails on sandbox because the address is used
directly. To fix this issue, we call the function map_sysmem

In int-ll64.h, we always use the following typedefs:
typedef unsigned int u32;
typedef unsigned long uintptr_t;
typedef unsigned long long u64;
This does not need to match to the compiler's <inttypes.h>.
Do not include it.
The use of PRI* makes the code super-ugly. You can simply use
"l" for printing uintptr_t, "ll" for u64, and no modifier for u32.

When U-Boot started using SPDX tags we were among the early adopters and
there weren't a lot of other examples to borrow from. So we picked the
area of the file that usually had a full license text and replaced it
with an appropriate SPDX-License-Identifier: entry. Since then, the
Linux Kernel has adopted SPDX tags and they place it as the very first
line in a file (except where shebangs are used, then it's second line)
and with slightly different comment styles than us.
In part due to community overlap, in part due to better tag visibility
and in part for other minor reasons, switch over to that style.
This commit changes all instances where we have a single declared
license in the tag as both the before and after are identical in tag
contents. There's also a few places where I found we did not have a tag
and have introduced one.

Currently these (board agnostic) commands cannot be selected using
menuconfig and friends. Fix this the obvious way. As part of this,
don't muddle the meaning of CONFIG_HASH_VERIFY to mean both 'hash -v'
and "we have a hashing command" as this makes the Kconfig logic odd.

We repeated partial moves for CONFIG_SYS_NO_FLASH, but this is
not completed. Finish this work by the tool.
During this move, let's rename it to CONFIG_MTD_NOR_FLASH.
Actually, we have more instances of "#ifndef CONFIG_SYS_NO_FLASH"
than those of "#ifdef CONFIG_SYS_NO_FLASH". Flipping the logic will
make the code more readable. Besides, negative meaning symbols do
not fit in obj-$(CONFIG_...) style Makefiles.
This commit was created as follows:
[1] Edit "default n" to "default y" in the config entry in
common/Kconfig.
[2] Run "tools/moveconfig.py -y -r HEAD SYS_NO_FLASH"
[3] Rename the instances in defconfigs by the following:
find . -path './configs/*_defconfig' | xargs sed -i \
-e '/CONFIG_SYS_NO_FLASH=y/d' \
-e 's/# CONFIG_SYS_NO_FLASH is not set/CONFIG_MTD_NOR_FLASH=y/'
[4] Change the conditionals by the following:
find . -name '*.[ch]' | xargs sed -i \
-e 's/ifndef CONFIG_SYS_NO_FLASH/ifdef CONFIG_MTD_NOR_FLASH/' \
-e 's/ifdef CONFIG_SYS_NO_FLASH/ifndef CONFIG_MTD_NOR_FLASH/' \
-e 's/!defined(CONFIG_SYS_NO_FLASH)/defined(CONFIG_MTD_NOR_FLASH)/' \
-e 's/defined(CONFIG_SYS_NO_FLASH)/!defined(CONFIG_MTD_NOR_FLASH)/'
[5] Modify the following manually
- Rename the rest of instances
- Remove the description from README
- Create the new Kconfig entry in drivers/mtd/Kconfig
- Remove the old Kconfig entry from common/Kconfig
- Remove the garbage comments from include/configs/*.h

which brings the additional benefit of performance gain for those who have
CONFIG_USE_ARCH_MEMCPY selected.
