8ba59608dc arm: Remove zmx25 board and ARCH_MX25 
This board has not been converted to CONFIG_DM by the deadline.
Remove it.  As this is the last ARCH_MX25 platform, remove those
references as well.

14b38cb0c2 arm: Remove flea3 board 
This board has not been converted to CONFIG_DM by the deadline.
Remove it.  As this is the last mx35 platform, remove that support as
well.

a430fa06a4 mtd: move NAND files into a raw/ subdirectory 
NAND flavors, like serial and parallel, have a lot in common and would
benefit to share code. Let's move raw (parallel) NAND specific code in a
raw/ subdirectory, to ease the addition of a core file in nand/ and the
introduction of a spi/ subdirectory specific to SPI NANDs.
