Signed-off-by: Tom Rini <trini@konsulko.com>
Currently, add_mtd_partitions_of() can be used only if dev field of
mtd_info struct is populated. It's the case, for example, for a spi nor
flash, which has a DT compatible "jedec,spi-nor" and an associated
device. mtd->dev is populated in spi_nor_scan().
But in case of a raw nand node, mtd_info's dev field can't be populated
as flash node has no compatible, so no associated device.
add_mtd_partitions_of() can't be used to parse "partitions" subnode.
To remove this constraint, add an ofnode field in mtd_info struct
which reference the DT flash node. This new field is populated by
nand_scan_tail(). This new field will be used by add_mtd_partitions_of()
to parse the flash node for "partitions" defined in DT.

The original purpose of mtd_erase_callback() in Linux at the time it was
imported to U-Boot, was to inform the caller that erasing is done (since
it was an asynchronous operation).
All supplied callback methods in U-Boot do nothing, but the
mtd_erase_callback() function was (until previous patch) grossly abused
in U-Boot's mtdpart implementation for completely different purpose.
Since we got rid of the abusement, remove the mtd_erase_callback()
function and the .callback member from struct erase_info entirely, in
order to avoid such problems in the future.

The 'sf' command is not supposed to rely on the MTD stack, but both
'sf' and 'nand' commands use helpers located in mtd_uboot.c. Despite
their location, these functions do not depend at all on the MTD
stack.
This file (drivers/mtd/mtd_uboot.c) is only compiled if CONFIG_MTD is
selected, which is inconsistent with the current situation. Solve this
by moving these three functions (which are only used by the above two

MTD partition creation code is a bit tricky. It tries to figure out
when things have changed (either MTD dev list or mtdparts/mtdids vars)
and when that happens it first deletes all the partitions that had been
previously created and then creates the new ones based on the new
mtdparts/mtdids values.
But before deleting the old partitions, it ensures that none of the
currently registered parts are being used and bails out when that's
not the case. So, we end up in a situation where, if at least one MTD
dev has one of its partitions used by someone (UBI for instance), the
partitions update logic no longer works for other devs.
Rework the code to relax the logic and allow updates of MTD parts on
devices that are not being used (we still refuse to updates parts on
devices who have at least one of their partitions used by someone).

When U-Boot started using SPDX tags we were among the early adopters and
there weren't a lot of other examples to borrow from. So we picked the
area of the file that usually had a full license text and replaced it
with an appropriate SPDX-License-Identifier: entry. Since then, the
Linux Kernel has adopted SPDX tags and they place it as the very first
line in a file (except where shebangs are used, then it's second line)
and with slightly different comment styles than us.
In part due to community overlap, in part due to better tag visibility
and in part for other minor reasons, switch over to that style.
This commit changes all instances where we have a single declared
license in the tag as both the before and after are identical in tag
contents. There's also a few places where I found we did not have a tag
and have introduced one.

When we import code from Linux, with regular re-sync planned, we want
to use printk() and pr_*(). U-Boot does not support them in a clean
way. So, people end up with local macros, or compat headers here and
there, then we occasionally see build errors of definition conflicts.
We have include/linux/compat.h, but putting all sorts of unrelated
things into a single header is just a temporal workaround. Hence this
patch, to find the best home for all printk variants. If you want to
use printk() and friends, please include <linux/printk.h>. This header
is self-contained, and pulls in only a few headers.
When I was testing this clean-up, I noticed the image size exceeded
its platform limit on some boards. This is because all pr_*() that
were previously defined as no-op in include/linux/mtd/mtd.h (unless
CONFIG_MTD_DEBUG is set), are now enabled.
To make such boards happy, this commit also implements CONFIG_LOGLEVEL.
The concept is similar to the kernel parameter "loglevel". (Actually,
the Kconfig help message was taken from kernel-paremeter.txt of Linux)
Messages with a loglevel smaller than console loglevel will be printed.
The difference is the loglevel is build-time determined. To save the
image size, lower priority pr_*() are compiled out. I set the default
of CONFIG_LOGLEVEL to 6, i.e. pr_notice and higher priority messages
are compiled in.
I adjusted CONFIG_LOGLEVEL to avoid build error for some boards.

and
http://patchwork.ozlabs.org/patch/284513/

_LARGE to one of the names, and depends on it in a subsequent patch
(http://patchwork.ozlabs.org/patch/284512/).
- Made max oobfree/eccpos configurable, and used this on tricorder,
alpr, ASH405, T4160QDS, and T4240QDS (these boards failed to build
for me without doing so, due to a size increase).
On tricorder SPL, this saves 2576 bytes (and makes the SPL build
