and drop it from obsolete cfb_console driver.

- In most of the codebase, we reference CONFIG_SYS_LOAD_ADDR and not
CONFIG_LOADADDR.
- Generally, CONFIG_SYS_LOADADDR is set to CONFIG_LOADADDR and then as
noted, we use CONFIG_SYS_LOADADDR.

i.MXRT1050 provides mxsfb compatible lcd controller, so let's enable
video mxsfb driver with 16bpp depth if CONFIG_DM_VIDEO is selected since
board has 16bpp only connection.
