With all boards now using DM_ETH we determine the value for
CONFIG_FEC_XCV_TYPE at run time, except in the case of the default
fall-back. Set the fallback directly now.

If the FEC is connected to a fixed-link (upstream switch port for
example) the phy_of_node should be set to the fixed-link node
so that speed and other properties can be found properly.
In addition fix a typo in the debug string.

When using uclass_get_device* to get the FEC device we need to use
device sequence instead of index into UCLASS_ETH. In systems where for
example a I2C based DSA switch exists it will probe before the FEC
master and its ports will be registered first and have the first
indexes yet the FEC's sequence comes from the device-tree alias.
Take for example the imx8mm-venice-gw7901 board which has an i2c based
DSA switch:

eth2 : lan2 00:0d:8d:aa:00:30
eth3 : lan3 00:0d:8d:aa:00:31

Thus in this case uclass_get_device(UCLASS_ETH, 0, &dev) returns lan1
which is wrong but uclass_get_device_seq(UCLASS_ETH, 0, &dev) returns
ethernet@30be000 which is correct.

If we fail to probe for whatever reason, we cannot unregister/free the
MII bus unless we registered it with fec_get_miibus. This fixes FECs
sharing an MDIO bus from destroying it, preventing the other FEC from
using it.

Move this out of the common header and include it only where needed. In
a number of cases this requires adding "struct udevice;" to avoid adding
another large header or in other cases replacing / adding missing header
files that had been pulled in, very indirectly. Finally, we have a few
cases where we did not need to include <asm/global_data.h> at all, so
remove that include.

At present various drivers etc. access the device's 'seq' member directly.
This makes it harder to change the meaning of that member. Change access
to go through a function instead.
The drivers/i2c/lpc32xx_i2c.c file is left unchanged for now.

We use 'priv' for private data but often use 'platdata' for platform data.
We can't really use 'pdata' since that is ambiguous (it could mean private
or platform data).
Rename some of the latter variables to end with 'plat' for consistency.

This construct is quite long-winded. In earlier days it made some sense
since auto-allocation was a strange concept. But with driver model now
used pretty universally, we can shorten this to 'auto'. This reduces
verbosity and makes it easier to read.
Coincidentally it also ensures that every declaration is on one line,
thus making dtoc's job easier.

The Linux coding style guide (Documentation/process/coding-style.rst)
clearly says:
It's a **mistake** to use typedef for structures and pointers.
Besides, using typedef for structures is annoying when you try to make
headers self-contained.
Let's say you have the following function declaration in a header:
void foo(bd_t *bd);
This is not self-contained since bd_t is not defined.
To tell the compiler what 'bd_t' is, you need to include <asm/u-boot.h>
#include <asm/u-boot.h>
void foo(bd_t *bd);
Then, the include direcective pulls in more bloat needlessly.
If you use 'struct bd_info' instead, it is enough to put a forward
declaration as follows:

Right, typedef'ing bd_t is a mistake.

Currently the PHY node pointer is incorrectly associated with the
Ethernel controller instead of the PHY node itself.
This causes the PHY properties, such as "qca,clk-out-frequency" in
the example above to not get parsed.
Fix this problem by populating the phy_of_node node.

Move this header out of the common header. Network support is used in
quite a few places but it still does not warrant blanket inclusion.
Note that this net.h header itself has quite a lot in it. It could be
split into the driver-mode support, functions, structures, checksumming,

At present if CONFIG_SPL_GPIO_SUPPORT is enabled then the GPIO uclass
is included in SPL/TPL without any control for boards. Some boards may
want to disable this to reduce code size where GPIOs are not needed in
SPL or TPL.
Add a new Kconfig option to permit this. Default it to 'y' so that
existing boards work correctly.
Change existing uses of CONFIG_DM_GPIO to CONFIG_IS_ENABLED(DM_GPIO) to
preserve the current behaviour. Also update the 74x164 GPIO driver since
it cannot build with SPL.
This allows us to remove the hacks in config_uncmd_spl.h and
Makefile.uncmd_spl (eventually those files should be removed).

As per Linux kernel DT binding doc:
- phy-reset-post-delay : Post reset delay in milliseconds. If present then
a delay of phy-reset-post-delay milliseconds will be observed after the
phy-reset-gpios has been toggled. Can be omitted thus no delay is
observed. Delay is in range of 1ms to 1000ms. Other delays are invalid.

When DM_REGULATOR is enabled, the driver attempts to call
regulator_autoset() which expects the regulators to be on at boot
and/or always on and fails if they are not true.
For a more generic approach, this patch just calls
regulator_set_enable() which shouldn't have such restrictions.

Currently if we have more than one phy on the MDIO bus, we do not have a
good mechanism for determining which should be used at runtime. Enable the
FEC driver to determine the address for the PHY from the device tree.

The DT binding says:
- phy-reset-duration : Reset duration in milliseconds. Should present
only if property "phy-reset-gpios" is available. Missing the property
will have the duration be 1 millisecond. Numbers greater than 1000 are
invalid and 1 millisecond will be used instead.
However the current code:
- clamps values greater than 1000ms to 1000ms rather than 1.
- does not initialize the delay if the property does not exist
(else clause mismatch)
- returns an error if phy-reset-gpios is not defined
Fix all this and simplify by using dev_read_u32_default()
