Exynos4 can be used the dwmmc controller for eMMC.

There's nothing Samsung-/board-specfic about the implementation of
ums_init(). Move the code into cmd_usb_mass_storage.c, so that it can
be shared by any user of that command.

There's no reason to believe that an MMC device will incorrectly report
its capacity. Remove error checking of this value from ums_disk_init()
to simplify it.

These values aren't set anywhere at present, and hence have no effect.
The concept of a single global offset/number of sectors to expose through
USB Mass Storage doesn't even make sense in the face of multiple storage
devices. Remove these defines to simplify the code.

The USB Mass Storage function could equally well support a SATA device
as support an MMC device. Update struct ums to contain a block device
descriptor, not an MMC device descriptor.

Increase menu loop delay to 200 ms helps choose the right
menu option by user. Before this, each time key was pressed
the current menu option was changed few times.
Now it changes only once and also changes few times if key
is pressed for a longer time.

This menu option allows restore gpt.
This is usefull and no needs access to the u-boot console.
For proper operation:
- each partition uuid should be set in environment or
- CONFIG_RANDOM_UUID should be defined for automatically uuid setting
After operation success device is going to be reset.

Function cmd_process() runs commands with directly given list of arguments
but it doesn't expand given environmental variables names as macros.
Command "gpt" as one of arguments expects expanded macro e.g. $partitions
so it needs to be called by function run_command().
Changes:
- extend array mode_name by lower case commands names - used by find_cmd()
- put each command arguments into one string - used by run_command()
- use run_command() instead of cmd_process()

In cases when MMC hadn't been initialized before, ie. by the user or other
subsystem, it was still uninitialized while UMS media capacity check,
leading to broken ums command.
UMS has to initialize resources it uses.
Tested on Samsung Goni.

This patch sets envs that describe board information.
The following envs are set: soc_id, soc_rev, board_rev.
Based on this information, if CONFIG_OF_LIBFDT is enabled,
the 'fdtfile' env is set as:
fdtfile=${soc_family}${soc_id}-${board}.dtb
The generated envs are intenionally not saved to persistent storage.

This change allows updating environment stored on MMC by dfu or thor.
New setting:
- "params.bin mmc 0x38 0x8"
File params.bin can be generated by: tools/mkenvimage.
e.g. ./mkenvimage -s 4096 -o params.bin <env_text_file>
Every new env variable in text file should start with a new line.
Sample env text file:
- board/samsung/common/dfu_sample_env.txt
Requirements:
- file name: "params.bin"
- file size: 4096 Bytes - the same as CONFIG_ENV_SIZE.
Other size will cause CRC miscalculation at boot.

This simple LCD menu allows run one of download mode on device
without writing on console or for fast and easy upgrade.
This feature check user keys combination at boot:
- power key + volume up - download menu
- power key + volume down - thor mode (without menu)
New configs:
- CONFIG_LCD_MENU
- CONFIG_LCD_MENU_BOARD
For proper effect this feature needs following definitions:
Power key:
- KEY_PWR_PMIC_NAME - (string) pmic which supports power key check
Register address:
- KEY_PWR_STATUS_REG
- KEY_PWR_INTERRUPT_REG
Register power key mask:
- KEY_PWR_STATUS_MASK
- KEY_PWR_INTERRUPT_MASK
Gpio numbers:
- KEY_PWR_INTERRUPT_MASK
- KEY_VOL_DOWN_GPIO
Functions needs to be called:
- keys_init() - for set proper gpio direction
- check_boot_mode() - menu - main function

UMS init was implemented in trats board file but mostly it comprises
common code. Due to that it has been moved to common/ums.c to avoid
code duplication in the future.

- move ums initialization code from trats to common/ums.c
- remove unused CONFIG_USB_GADGET_MASS_STORAGE from trats.h

Special, common to Samsung, function for altering usb descriptor's
idVendor and idProduct has been added.
For compatibility reasons (Win vs Linux) the THOR idProduct must be
different than the one for DFU/UMS.

New I2C framework, introduced after v2013.07 final release, imposed I2C
code adjustment for some Samsung boards - namely Trats, GONI and Universal_c210.
Those boards were using schematic based I2C enumeration (I2C_5, I2C_9).
However, new I2C framework imposes usage of logical I2C adapters numbering
(e.g. I2C_0, I2C_1, etc).
Additionally, I2C_GET_* macros were replaced with i2c_*_bus_num() functions.
Trats board gained definition of second soft I2C adapter.

Support for multiple soft I2C buses.
Multibus I2C support is achieved by defining get_multi_{sda|scl}_pin
functions to switch between multiple "soft" I2C buses.
Common definition of I2C_X I2C buses is provided at <i2c.h>.
