e7dcf5645f env: Drop environment.h header file where not needed
This header file is now only used by files that access internal
environment features. Drop it from various places where it is not needed.

ad371d8cd1 board: atmel: fix pda variable not being reset
In case someone detects a PDA and u-boot sets the 'pda' variable,
and the user does a saveenv, the pda is set in env, and if the
screen is removed, u-boot will still have in the env the 'pda'
variable, even if no screen is attached.
In order to fix this, we have to reset the 'pda' variable,
such that it's not just set if the screen is detected, but also unset
if no screen is detected.

61b4dbb0d0 board: at91sam9x5: add environment var for cpu type
When booting and CPU is detected from cpuid, we also need an environment
variable that will be used in boot commands to load the proper devicetree.

9949ee876d video: at91: Adjust vidconsole_position_cursor() to use char pos
At present this function uses pixels but it seems more useful for it to
position in terms of characters on the screen. This also matches the
comment to the function. Update this.

Unfortunately there is one user of this function (at91). Have a crack at
fixing this, since I cannot test it.

afaea1f56c board: atmel: add support for pda detection
This adds the support for PDA detection as common code for
Atmel boards.
Using the one wire interface over GPIO , an EEPROM memory is read
and compared to preprogrammed values for PDA screens TM4300, TM7000
and TM7000B.
Once the PDA is detected, an environment variable is set accordingly.

83d290c56f SPDX: Convert all of our single license tags to Linux Kernel style
When U-Boot started using SPDX tags we were among the early adopters and
there weren't a lot of other examples to borrow from. So we picked the
area of the file that usually had a full license text and replaced it
with an appropriate SPDX-License-Identifier: entry. Since then, the
Linux Kernel has adopted SPDX tags and they place it as the very first
line in a file (except where shebangs are used, then it's second line)
and with slightly different comment styles than us.

In part due to community overlap, in part due to better tag visibility
and in part for other minor reasons, switch over to that style.

This commit changes all instances where we have a single declared
license in the tag as both the before and after are identical in tag
contents. There's also a few places where I found we did not have a tag
and have introduced one.

9925f1dbc3 net: Move enetaddr env access code to env config instead of net config
In order that we can use eth_env_* even when CONFIG_NET isn't set, move
these functions to environment code from net code.

This fixes failures such as:

  board/ti/am335x/built-in.o: In function `board_late_init':
  board/ti/am335x/board.c:752: undefined reference to `eth_env_set_enetaddr'
  u-boot/board/ti/am335x/board.c:766: undefined reference to `eth_env_set_enetaddr'

which caters for use cases such as:

commit f411b5cca4 ("board: am335x: Always set eth/eth1addr environment
variable")

when Ethernet is required in Linux, but not U-Boot.

ec75fab302 build: Drop CONFIG_SPL_BUILD guards in some cases
Given gcc-6.1 and later we can now safely have strings discarded when
the functions are unused. This lets us drop certain cases of not
building something so that we don't have the strings brought in when the
code was discarded. Simplify the code now by dropping guards we don't
need now.
