a48336e5ea bootm: Adjust arguments of boot_os_fn
Adjust boot_os_fn to use struct bootm_info instead of the separate
argc, argv and image parameters. Update the handlers accordingly. Few
of the functions make use of the arguments, so this improves code size
slightly.

65168910ad zynqmp: Run board_get_usable_ram_top() only on main U-Boot
With commit ce39ee28ec ("zynqmp: Do not place u-boot to reserved memory
location"), the function board_get_usable_ram_top() is allocating
MMU_SECTION_SIZE of about 2MB using lmb_alloc(). But we dont have this
much memory in case of mini U-Boot.

Keep these functions which use lmb under CONFIG_LMB so that they are
compiled and used only when LMB is enabled.

cfa1971977 lmb: Always compile arch_lmb_reserve() into U-Boot on arc
The arch_lmb_reserve() is called by lib/lmb.c lmb_reserve_common() even
if CMD_BOOTM is not enabled. However, the arc variant of arch_lmb_reserve()
is only compiled in if CMD_BOOTM is enabled.

This currently does not trigger build error, because there is an empty
weak implementation of arch_lmb_reserve(), however that is not the
function that should be used on arc.

Fix this by moving the arch_lmb_reserve() implementation into common
code and always compile it in.

401d1c4f5d common: Drop asm/global_data.h from common header
Move this out of the common header and include it only where needed. In
a number of cases this requires adding "struct udevice;" to avoid adding
another large header or in other cases replacing / adding missing header
files that had been pulled in, very indirectly. Finally, we have a few
cases where we did not need to include <asm/global_data.h> at all, so
remove that include.

0914011310 command: Remove the cmd_tbl_t typedef
We should not use typedefs in U-Boot. They cannot be used as forward
declarations which means that header files must include the full header to
access them.

Drop the typedef and rename the struct to remove the _s suffix which is
now not useful.

This requires quite a few header-file additions.

83d290c56f SPDX: Convert all of our single license tags to Linux Kernel style
When U-Boot started using SPDX tags we were among the early adopters and
there weren't a lot of other examples to borrow from. So we picked the
area of the file that usually had a full license text and replaced it
with an appropriate SPDX-License-Identifier: entry. Since then, the
Linux Kernel has adopted SPDX tags and they place it as the very first
line in a file (except where shebangs are used, then it's second line)
and with slightly different comment styles than us.

In part due to community overlap, in part due to better tag visibility
and in part for other minor reasons, switch over to that style.

This commit changes all instances where we have a single declared
license in the tag as both the before and after are identical in tag
contents. There's also a few places where I found we did not have a tag
and have introduced one.

4280342adb fdt: Implement weak arch_fixup_fdt()
Only ARM and in some configs MIPS really implement arch_fixup_fdt().
Others just use the same boilerplate which is not good by itself,
but what's worse if we try to build with disabled CONFIG_CMD_BOOTM
and enabled CONFIG_OF_LIBFDT we'll hit an unknown symbol which was
apparently implemented in arch/xxx/lib/bootm.c.

Now with weak arch_fixup_fdt() right in image-fdt.c where it is
used we get both items highlighted above fixed.

63c0941726 libfdt: replace ARCH_FIXUP_FDT with ARCH_FIXUP_FDT_MEMORY
Commit e2f88dfd2d ("libfdt: Introduce new ARCH_FIXUP_FDT option")
allows us to skip memory setup of DTB, but a problem for ARM is that
spin_table_update_dt() and psci_update_dt() are skipped as well if
CONFIG_ARCH_FIXUP_FDT is disabled.

This commit allows us to skip only fdt_fixup_memory_banks() instead
of the whole of arch_fixup_fdt(). It will be useful when we want to
use a memory node from a kernel DTB as is, but need some fixups for
Spin-Table/PSCI.

8b2eb776b1 arc: implement slave cores kick-start for Linux kernel
With new SMP-enabled CPUs with ARC HS38 cores and corresponding support
in Linux kernel it's required to add basic SMP support in U-Boot.

Currently we assume the one and only core starts execution after
power-on. So most of things in U-Boot is handled in UP mode.

But when U-Boot is used for loading and starting Linux kernel right
before jumping to kernel's entry point U-Boot:
[1] Sets all slave cores to jump to the same address [kernel's entry
point]
[2] Really starts all slav cores

In ARC's implemetation of SMP in Linux kernel all cores are supposed to
run the same start-up code. But only core with ID 0 (master core)
processes further while others are looping waiting for master core to
complete some initialization.

That means it's safe to un-pause slave cores and let them execute kernel
- they will wait for master anyway.
