c1ea3bece2 ARM: DRA7: Add detection of ES2.0
Add support for detection of ES2.0 version of DRA7 family of
processors. ES2.0 is an incremental revision with various fixes
including the following:
- reset logic fixes
- few assymetric aging logic fixes
- MMC clock rate fixes
- Ethernet speed fixes
- edma fixes for mcasp

ee4dc2590f ARM: DRA7xx: EMIF: Fix DLL_CALIB_CTRL register
When DLL_CALIB_INTERVAL is set, an extra delay is added
which is not required and it consumes EMIF bandwidth.
So making the DLL_CALIB_CTRL[8:0]DLL_CALIB_INTERVAL bits to 0.

802bb57a58 ARM: DRA7: EMIF: Update SDRAM_REF_CTRL register value
The value in SDRAM_REF_CTRL controls the delay time between
the initial rising edge of DDR_RESETn to rising edge of DDR_CKE
(JEDEC specs this as 500us). In order to achieve this, SDRAM_REF_CTRL
should be written with a value corresponding to 500us delay before
starting DDR initialization sequence, and configure proper
value at the end of sequence.

aa8ac43645 ARM: DRA72x: DDR3: Fix EMIF timings for 666MHz clock
DDR3 timing and latency paramenters were not configured
correctly for 666MHz. Fixing the timing and latency values
according to Data sheet.
This fixes the random crashes seen on DRA72-evm.

f2a1b93b5c ARM: DRA7: Enable software leveling for dra7
Currently hw leveling is enabled by default on DRA7/72.
But the hardware team suggested to use sw leveling as hw leveling
is not characterized and seen some test case failures.
So enabling sw leveling on all DRA7 platforms.

54d022e76c ARM: DRA7/OMAP5: EMIF: Add workaround for bug 0039
When core power domain hits oswr, then DDR3 memories does not come back
while resuming. This is because when EMIF registers are lost, then the
controller takes care of copying the values from the shadow registers.
If the shadow registers are not updated with the right values, then this
results in incorrect settings while resuming. So updating the shadow registers
with the corresponding status registers here during the boot.

6c70935d75 ARM: DRA: EMIF: Change DDR3 settings to use hw leveling
Currently the DDR3 memory on DRA7 ES1.0 evm board is enabled using
software leveling. This was done since hardware leveling was not
working. Now that the right sequence to do hw leveling is identified,
use it. This is required for EMIF clockdomain to idle and come back
during lowpower usecases.

254763822e ARM: OMAP4+: Move external phy initialisations to arch specific place.
The external phy is present in the case OMAP5 soc is currently
configured in emif-common.c. This results in having dummy structures
for those Socs which do not have a external phy. So by having a weak
function in emif-common and overriding it in OMAP5, avoids the use
of dummy structures.

77efdeb758 ARM: OMAP5: dmm: Create a tiler trap section.
The unmapped entries in tiler space are set with
values 0xFF. So creating a DMM section of
size 16MB at 0xFF000000 with ADDRSPACE set to 0x2.

This way all the unmapped entry accesses to tiler
will be trapped by the EMIF and a error response
is sent to the L3 interconnect. L3 errors are
inturn reported to MPU.

Note that here the tiler trap section is overlapping
with the actual ddr physical space and we lose 16MB
out of the total 2GB.

not a ELPIDA part. So change this.
