Update the imx8mp-venice-gw74xx for revB:
- add CAN1
- add TIS-TPM on SPI2
- add FAN controller
- fix PMIC I2C bus (revA PMIC I2C was non-functional so no need for
backward compatible option)
- M2 socket GPIO's moved

In some situations the GSC firmware where the EEPROM containing the
model and DRAM configuration may not be ready by the time the SoC
is ready to talk to it over I2C.
Instead of a hard delay, poll the I2C lines to wait until they are
released to avoid the I2C drivers 'Arbitation lost' error message.

Mark pinctrl_wdog as u-boot,dm-spl to clean up board code,
The set_wdog_reset() function is not necessary as this is handled by
the imx_watchdog.c driver due to the 'fsl,ext-reset-output' property
being set.
