44c6e6591c rename _end to __bss_end__ 
Currently, _end is used for end of BSS section.  We want _end to mean
end of u-boot image, so we rename _end to __bss_end__ first.

5a8a87ed0e ARM: implement relocation for ARM946 
Change the implementation for arm946 to relocate the code to
an arbitrary address in RAM.
