The x240 and SE240 are a series of L2+ switches from Allied Telesis.
There are a number of them in the range but as far as U-Boot is
concerned all the CPU block components are the same so there's only one
board defined.

c62af15393 arm: mvebu: spl: Allow to build SATA kwbimage for 4K Native disks
Add a new config option CONFIG_MVEBU_SPL_SATA_BLKSZ for specifying block
size of SATA disk. This information is used during building of SATA
kwbimage and must be correctly set, otherwise BootROM does not load SPL.

For 4K Native disks CONFIG_MVEBU_SPL_SATA_BLKSZ must be set to 4096.

c733fe91e4 arm: mvebu: clearfog: Detect MMC vs SDHC and fixup fdt
[upstream of vendor commit 19a96f7c40a8fc1d0a6546ac2418d966e5840a99]

The Clearfog devices have only one SDHC device. This is either eMMC if
it is populated on the SOM or SDHC if not. The Linux device tree assumes
the SDHC case. Detect if the device is an eMMC and fixup the device-tree
so it will be detected by Linux.

21f622779f arm: mvebu: Set common SPI flash default speed and mode
CONFIG_SF_DEFAULT_SPEED is used in SPL SPI to configure and probe the
flash device during DM SPI uclass probing process, if the
spi-max-frequency is not available in the DTB. Currently the max
frequency is not available, because of the probing mechanism in SPI
uclass has not been fully updated to DM.

The CONFIG_SF_DEFAULT_SPEED is set to 1Mhz if a board defconfig
does not specify it. This speed is too slow and result in a few
seconds delay while the u-boot image is loaded from flash. Based on a
survey of the device tree specifications for MVEBU boards, a sane default
value should be 10Mhz. The default of 10Mhz enables an almost
instantaneously loading of the u-boot image.

41d52f3bd0 arm: mvebu: Fix description of MVEBU_SPL_BOOT_DEVICE_(SPI|MMC) options
MVEBU_SPL_BOOT_DEVICE_SPI is for NOR flash. Either serial or parallel. Not
for general serial/SPI devices. The correct name should be BOOT_DEVICE_NOR
but name SPI is already used in mkimage config format which we do not want
to change for compatibility reasons.

MVEBU_SPL_BOOT_DEVICE_MMC is for MMC and SD compatible devices. Not for
SDIO devices. In most cases used for eMMC or SD card.

Add a new Kconfig option CONFIG_MVEBU_SPL_BOOT_DEVICE_PEX which instruct
make to generate kwbimage with PEX header. This image is used for booting
from PCI Express device which is in the Root Complex mode.

Support is very simple, SPL after finishes DDR training returns back to the
BootROM (via CONFIG_SPL_BOOTROM_SUPPORT option) and BootROM then start
executing U-Boot proper.

Add a new Kconfig option CONFIG_MVEBU_SPL_BOOT_DEVICE_NAND which instruct
make to generate kwbimage with NAND header. This image is used for booting
from NAND flash (either SPI or parallel).

Support is very simple, SPL after finishes DDR training returns back to the
BootROM (via CONFIG_SPL_BOOTROM_SUPPORT option) and BootROM then loads and
executes U-Boot proper.

To generate correct kwbimage NAND header, it is required to set following
Kconfig options:

CONFIG_SYS_NAND_PAGE_SIZE
CONFIG_SYS_NAND_BLOCK_SIZE
CONFIG_MVEBU_SPL_NAND_BADBLK_LOCATION

They are used only by make / mkimage when generating final kwbimage.

CONFIG_MVEBU_SPL_NAND_BADBLK_LOCATION is a new mvebu specific Kconfig
option which is set into kwbimage NAND_BADBLK_LOCATION header field.

913d7561c0 arm: mvebu: spl: Fix support for loading U-Boot proper from SD card
Marvell BootROM loads MMC image from sector 0 (HW boot or data partition)
and SD image from sector 1.

So for SD card booting it is needed to not use constant CONFIG MMC options
and instead of them it is needed to define functions spl_mmc_boot_mode()
spl_mmc_get_uboot_raw_sector() which determinate offsets at SPL runtime
based on MMC or SD card.

Calculation of SD card sector expects following values:
CONFIG_SYS_MMCSD_RAW_MODE_U_BOOT_DATA_PART_OFFSET=0
CONFIG_SYS_MMCSD_RAW_MODE_U_BOOT_SECTOR=0

2f27db2fbd arm: mvebu: spl: Load proper U-Boot from selected eMMC boot partition
When eMMC boot is selected then BootROM loads kwbimage header (U-Boot SPL)
from the selected eMMC boot partition. So for eMMC boot ensure that U-Boot
SPL loads U-Boot proper (from kwbimage) also from the same selected eMMC
boot partition.

7d7bb99e22 arm: mvebu: Support for 98DX25xx/98DX35xx SoC
Add support for the Allecat5/Alleycat5X SoC. These are L3 switches with
an integrated CPU (referred to as the CnM block in Marvell's
documentation). These have dual ARMv8.2 CPUs (Cortex-A55). This support
has been ported from Marvell's SDK which is based on a much older
version of U-Boot.

8092d1dd41 arm: mvebu: Add support for specifying VHV_Enable GPIO
VHV_Enable GPIO is required to enable during eFuse programming on Armada
SoCs not from 3700 family. Add support for enabling and disabling VHV pin
via GPIO during eFuse programming, when specified.

All details are in Marvell AN-389: ARMADA VHV Power document
(Doc. No. MV-S302545-00 Rev. C, August 2, 2016).

Note that due to HW Errata 3.6 eFuse erroneous burning (Ref #: HWE-3718342)
VHV power must be disabled while core voltage is off to prevent erroneous
eFuse programming.

This is specified in Marvell ARMADA 380/385/388 Functional Errata,
Guidelines, and Restrictions document
(Doc. No. MV-S501377-00 Rev. D, December 1, 2016).

111688839a Convert CONFIG_SYS_L2_PL310 to Kconfig
This converts CONFIG_SYS_L2_PL310 to Kconfig.

For omap2 and mvebu the 'select SYS_L2_PL310' locations were
determined using ./tools/moveconfig -i CONFIG_SYS_L2_PL310.

For mx6 I manually chose ARCH_MX6 as 'select' location. The
correctness has been verified using

	$ ./tools/moveconfig.py -f ARCH_MX6 ~SYS_L2_PL310 ~SYS_L2CACHE_OFF
	0 matches

That means whenever an ARCH_MX6 board had SYS_L2_PL310 disabled, this
was correctly reflected in SYS_L2CACHE_OFF. Thus it's safe to insert
the 'select' statement under ARCH_MX6.

5bb2c550b1 arm: mvebu: Move internal registers in arch_very_early_init() function
Moving of internal registers from INTREG_BASE_ADDR_REG to SOC_REGS_PHY_BASE
needs to be done very early, prior calling any function which may touch
internal registers, like debug_uart_init().

So do it earlier in arch_very_early_init() instead of arch_cpu_init().

Movement is done in proper U-Boot, not in SPL. SPL may return to bootrom
and bootrom requires internal registers at (old) expected location.

2975bba6df arm: mvebu: Enable CONFIG_SPL_SYS_NO_VECTOR_TABLE for 32-bit mvebu
U-Boot SPL is on 32-bit mvebu executed by the BootROM. And BootROM expects
that U-Boot SPL returns execution back to the BootROM. Vectors during
execution of U-Boot SPL should not be changed as BootROM does not expect it
and uses its own vectors. So do not overwrite vectors in SPL build.

10154b81de arm: mvebu: a37xx: Add support for reading NB and SB fuse OTP value
Implement reading NB and SB fuses of Armada 37xx SOC via U-Boot fuse API.

Banks 0-43 are reserved for accessing Security OTP (not implemented yet).
Bank 44 is used for accessing North Bridge OTP (69 bits via words 0-2).
Bank 45 is used for accessing South Bridge OTP (97 bits via words 0-3).

Write support is not implemented yet because it looks like that both North
and South Bridge OTPs are already burned in factory with some data. The
meaning of some bits of North Bridge is documented in WTMI source code.
The meaning of bits in South Bridge is unknown.

871ee6634d arm: mvebu: spl: Add option to reset the board on DDR training failure
Some boards may occacionally fail DDR training. Currently we hang() in
this case. Add an option that makes the board do an immediate reset in
such a case, so that a new training is tried as soon as possible,
instead of hanging and possibly waiting for watchdog to reset the board.

(If the DDR training fails while booting the image via UART, we will
 still hang - it doesn't make sense to reset in such a case, because
 after reset the board will try booting from another medium, and the
 UART booting utility does not expect that.)

2226ca1734 arm: mvebu: Load U-Boot proper binary in SPL code based on kwbimage header
Now that proper load and execution addresses are set in v1 kwbimage we
can use it for loading and booting U-Boot proper.

Use the new spl_parse_board_header() function to implement parsing the
kwbimage v1 header. Use information from this header to locate offset and
size of the U-Boot proper binary, instead of using the legacy U-Boot
header which is prepended to the U-Boot proper binary stored at fixed
offset. This has the advantage that we do not need to relay on legacy
U-Boot header anymore and therefore U-Boot proper binary can be stored at
any offset, as is the case when loading & booting U-Boot proper by
BootROM. The CONFIG_SYS_U_BOOT_OFFS option is therefore not used by SPL
code anymore.

Also allow to compile U-Boot SPL without CONFIG_SPL_SPI_FLASH_SUPPORT,
CONFIG_SPL_MMC_SUPPORT or CONFIG_SPL_SATA_SUPPORT set. In this case
BootROM is used for loading and executing U-Boot proper. This reduces the
size of U-Boot's SPL image. By default these config options are enabled
and so BootROM loading is not used. In some cases BootROM reads from SPI
NOR at lower speed than U-Boot SPL. So people can decide whether they
want to have smaller SPL binary at the cost of slower boot.

Therefore dependency on CONFIG_SPL_DM_SPI, CONFIG_SPL_SPI_FLASH_SUPPORT,
CONFIG_SPL_SPI_LOAD, CONFIG_SPL_SPI_SUPPORT, CONFIG_SPL_DM_GPIO,
CONFIG_SPL_DM_MMC, CONFIG_SPL_GPIO_SUPPORT, CONFIG_SPL_LIBDISK_SUPPORT,
CONFIG_SPL_MMC_SUPPORT, CONFIG_SPL_SATA_SUPPORT and
CONFIG_SPL_LIBDISK_SUPPORT is changed from strict to related "imply"
(which can be selectivelly turned off and causes booting via BootROM).

Options CONFIG_SYS_SPI_U_BOOT_OFFS,
CONFIG_SYS_MMCSD_RAW_MODE_U_BOOT_SECTOR and
CONFIG_SYS_MMCSD_RAW_MODE_U_BOOT_DATA_PART_OFFSET have to to be set to
zero as they define the location where kwbimage header starts. It is the
location where BootROM expects start of the kwbimage from which it reads,
parses and executes SPL part. The same applies to option
CONFIG_SPL_SATA_RAW_U_BOOT_SECTOR, which has to be set to one.

Update all config files to set correct values of these options and set
CONFIG_SYS_U_BOOT_OFFS to the correct value - the offset where U-Boot
proper starts.

28f0cbcdd2 arm: mvebu: a38x: Configurable USB2 high-speed impedance threshold
Hardware testing of a board using the Armada 385 has shown that an
impedance threshold setting of 0x7 performs better in an eye-diagram
test than with Marvell's recommended value 0x6.

As other boards may still perform better with Marvell's reccomended value,
a configuration option is added with a default value of 0x6.

ab2f757eb0 arm: mvebu: correct SPL boot configs for SPI/MMC
Update mvebu SPL boot selection mechanism for the move to driver model
usage by ensuring that the required driver support for SPI and MMC
booting is available in SPL when the respective boot method is
selected.

Previously, all mvebu boards selected a boot method (implicitly
MVEBU_SPL_BOOT_DEVICE_SPI for many) even if SPL booting wasn't used.
This changes mvebu boot method selection to depend on SPL usage which
resolves the issue with aarch64 boards which don't use SPL getting an
implicit boot device selection resulting in unmet dependencies. The
32-bit arm boards do use SPL, but I'm led to conclude that most aren't
intentionally using the MVEBU_SPL_BOOT_DEVICE selection since none have
SPL_DM_SPI enabled in their defconfig even though they still implicitly
select the SPI boot method.

This also results in the new addition of SPL_GPIO_SUPPORT to helios4.
The mainline dts for helios4 includes the cd-gpios entry for sdhci with
identical addresses as the clearfog dts. I don't have a helios4 board
to confirm, but based on the current source conclude that the board
itself is either wired to pull the signal low for eMMC, or the default
MMC boot isn't fully functional in mainline. In either case, as far as
I can tell, including the GPIO support will at least cause no
regression.

Tested on SolidRun ClearFog devices.

CRS305-1G-4S has a switch chip with an integrated CPU (98DX3236) and
like some of the other similar boards requires bin_hdr.
bin_hdr (DDR3 init stage) is currently retrieved from the stock
bootloader and compiled into the kwb image.

Adds support for U-Boot, enable UART, SPI, Winbond SPI flash chip
support and writing env to SPI flash.

539f0242f3 arm: mvebu: turris_omnia: add RESET button handling
There is a Factory RESET button on the back side of the Turris Omnia
router. When user presses this button before powering the device up and
keeps it pressed, the microcontroller prevents the main CPU from booting
and counts how long the RESET button is being pressed (and indicates
this by lighting up front LEDs).

The idea behind this is that the user can boot the device into several
Factory RESET modes.

This patch adds support for U-Boot to read into which Factory RESET mode
the user booted the device. The value is an integer stored into the
omnia_reset environment variable. It is 0 if the button was not pressed
at all during power up, otherwise it is the number identifying the
Factory RESET mode.

This patch also changes bootcmd to a special hardcoded value if Factory
RESET button was pressed during device powerup. This special bootcmd
value sets the colors of all the LEDs on the front panel to green and
then tries to load the rescue image from the SPI flash memory and boot
it.

f2100f6f77 dm: core: Change platform specific translation-offset handling
Testing has shown that the current DM implementation of a platform /
board specific translation offset, as its needed for the SPL on MVEBU
platforms is buggy. The translation offset is confingured too late,
after the driver bind functions are run. This may result in incorrect
address translations. With the current implementation its not possible
to configure the offset earlier, as the DM code has not run at all.

This patch now removed the set_/get_translation_offset() calls and
moves the translation offset into the GD variable translation_offset.
This variable will get used when CONFIG_TRANSLATION_OFFSET is enabled.
This option is enabled only for MVEBU on ARM32 platforms, where its
currenty needed and configured in the SPL.
