enable PSCI reset used for the system reset
Even though Corstone-1000 does not implement the entire PSCI APIs,
it relies on PSCI reset interface for the system reset.

unzip the kernel before executing it
The Corstone-1000 kernel has become too large to fit in the available
storage. Switching to a compressed kernel avoids the problem, but
requires uncompressing it.

On Corstone-1000 platform MM communication between u-boot
and the secure world (Optee) is done using the FF-A bus.

While NFS is widely used in data centres, and private
networks it's quite a nuanced usecase for device firmware.
A lot of devices already disable it.
Various network protocols should really be opt in, not opt
out, because they add extra size and are potential attack
vectors from a security PoV. In the NFS case it doesn't
really make sense for a lot of devices like tables, SBCs etc.
It's also something we don't really want for SystemReady-IR
due to security concerns.

Enable the newest features: nvmxip, fwu-metadata and
gpt. Commands to print the partition info, gpt info
and fwu metadata will be available.
Adjust also env boot script the address of the
bootbank with the new gpt layout, and also remove
the not needed kernel address bank0 and bank1
and retrieve function that would test the bank flag
before and now we are getting the info from the fwu
metadata.

We need to distinguish between boot banks and from which
partition to load the kernel+initramfs to memory.
For that, fetch the boot index, fetch the correspondent
partition, calculate the correct kernel address and
then set the env variable kernel_addr with that value.

The current name is inconsistent with SPL which uses CONFIG_SPL_TEXT_BASE
and this makes it imposible to use CONFIG_VAL().
Rename it to resolve this problem.

This converts the following to Kconfig:
CONFIG_SYS_BOOTM_LEN
As part of this, rework error handling in boot/bootm.c so that we pass
the buffer size to handle_decomp_error as CONFIG_SYS_BOOTM_LEN will not
be available to host tools but we do know the size that we passed to
malloc().
