Add option SYS_FSL_ERRATUM_ESDHC111, SYS_FSL_ERRATUM_ESDHC13,
SYS_FSL_ERRATUM_ESDHC135, SYS_FSL_ERRATUM_ESDHC_A001 to mmc Kconfig.
Move existing macros to related Kconfig.

Commit 7a777f6d6f ("mmc: Add generic Kconfig option") created
a Kconfig entry for this option without any actual moves, then
commit 44c798799f ("sunxi: Use Kconfig CONFIG_MMC") moved
instances only for SUNXI.
We generally do not like such partial moves. This kind of work
is automated by tools/moveconfig.py, so it is pretty easy to
complete this move.
I am adding "default ARM || PPC || SANDBOX" (suggested by Tom).
This shortens the configs and will ease new board porting.
This commit was created as follows:
[1] Edit Kconfig (remove the "depends on", add the "default",
copy the prompt and help message from Linux)
[2] Run 'tools/moveconfig.py -y -s -r HEAD MMC'

This commit fixes the MMC data transactions timeout problem on the
TS4800.
The changes introduced in the commit e978a31 on the timeout calculation
for the MMC data transactions has revealed there is something wrong with
the timeout setting of the eSDHC controller used in the IMX51.
The IMX51 seems to be concerned by this erratum and without this change
the MMC driver is unable to do any transactions.

This commit updates the environment variables to be able to boot with a
device tree. The expected partition layout on the SD card is:
- partition 1: type 0xDA, contains u-boot.bin
- partition 2: type 0xC (fat), contains zImage and device tree
- partition 3: type 0x83, root filesystem.

This syncs up the current cmd/Kconfig and include/configs/ files with the
only exception being CMD_NAND. Due to how we have used this historically
we need to take further care here when converting.

Move all cases of CONFIG_SYS_HUSH_PARSER out of the config.h files. Remove
all cases of CONFIG_SYS_PROMPT_HUSH_PS2 as everyone uses the default.

We have finished Generic Board conversion for ARM and PowerPC, i.e.
all the boards have been converted except OpenRISC, SuperH, SPARC,
which have not supported Generic Board framework yet.
Select SYS_GENERIC_BOARD in arch/Kconfig and delete all the macro
defines in include/configs/*.h.

This commit adds ethernet support to the TS4800. Note that the
MAC address is not fused on this board and have to be read from
FEC PALR PAUR registers (this is how the kernel provided by
Technologic Systems does it).
