This syncs up the current cmd/Kconfig and include/configs/ files with the
only exception being CMD_NAND. Due to how we have used this historically
we need to take further care here when converting.

Create CMD_FDT Kconfig entry to have an option to disable fdt command
which is not required for small configuration which requires libfdt
only.
Enable it by default for all targets which enables OF_LIBFDT.

We must use the console name in the 'stdout' variable to select the one
we want. At present the name is formed from the driver name with a suffix
indicating the rotation value.
It seems better to name them sequentially since this can be controlled by
driver order. So adjust the code to use 'vidconsole' for the first,
'vidconsole1' for the second, etc.

Some archs/boards specify their own default by pre-defining the config
which causes the Kconfig system to mix up the order of the configs in
the defconfigs... This will cause merge pain if allowed to proliferate.
Remove the configs that behave this way from the archs.
A few configs still remain, but that is because they only exist as
defaults and do not have a proper Kconfig entry. Those appear to be:

For the distro_bootcmds to succeed on the sandbox a bit of setup is
required (e.g. network configured or host image bound), so running them
by default isn't that useful.
Add a -b/--boot command to the sandbox binary, which triggers the
distro_bootcmds to run after the other command-line commands.

Make the sandbox setup more generic/examplary by including
config_distro_defaults.h and config_distro_bootcmd.h.
Among other things this makes it easy to test whether images will boot
though with the standard distro bootcmds by running e.g:
u-boot -c 'host bind 0 myimage.img ; boot'
By default there are 2 target host devices to emulate device with
multiple storage devices (e.g. internal ("host 0") and external
("host 1") and verify that the prioritization and fallbacks do work
correctly.

Modify rsa_verify to use the rsa driver of DM library .The tools
will continue to use the same RSA sw library.
CONFIG_RSA is now dependent on CONFIG_DM. All configurations which
enable FIT based signatures have been modified to enable CONFIG_DM
by default.

For the platforms which use,CONFIG_FIT_SIGNATURE, the required configs are
moved to the platform's defconfig file. Selecting CONFIG_FIT_SIGNATURE using
defconfig automatically resolves the dependencies for signature verification.
The RSA library gets automatically selected and user does not have to define
CONFIG_RSA manually.

Because these options are currently not supported for SPL,
the "Device Tree Control" menu does not appear in the SPL
configuration.
Note:
zynq-common.h should be adjusted so as not to change the
default value of CONFIG_SPL_FAT_LOAD_PAYLOAD_NAME.

As an example of how to write a uclass and a driver, provide a demo version
of each, accessible through the 'demo' command.
To use these with driver model, define CONFIG_CMD_DEMO and CONFIG_DM_DEMO.
The two demo drivers are enabled with CONFIG_DM_DEMO_SIMPLE and
CONFIG_DM_DEMO_SHAPE.

Add some tests of driver model functionality. Coverage includes:
- basic init
- binding of drivers to devices using platform_data
- automatic probing of devices when referenced
- availability of platform data to devices
- lifecycle from bind to probe to remove to unbind
- renumbering within a uclass when devices are probed/removed
- calling driver-defined operations
- deactivation of drivers when removed
- memory leak across creation and destruction of drivers/uclasses
- uclass init/destroy methods
- automatic probe/remove of children/parents when needed
This function is enabled for sandbox, using CONFIG_DM_TEST.

Add support for building a device tree for sandbox's CONFIG_OF_HOSTFILE
option to make it easier to use device tree with sandbox.
This adjusts the Makefile to build a u-boot.dtb file which can be passed
to sandbox U-Boot with:

Add a simple TPM emulator for sandbox. It only supports a small subset of
TPM operations. However, these are enough to perform common tasks.
Note this is an initial commit to get this working, but it could use
cleaning up (for example constants instead of open-coded values).

Provide a way to use any host file or device as a block device in U-Boot.
This can be used to provide filesystem access within U-Boot to an ext2
image file on the host, for example.
The support is plumbed into the filesystem and partition interfaces.
We don't want to print a message in the driver every time we find a missing
device. Pass the information back to the caller where a message can be printed
if desired.

Sandbox uses an emulated memory map which is quite small. We don't need the
CONFIG_PHYS_64BIT option since we can address memory with a 32-bit offset
into our ram_buf.
Adjust the phys_addr_t and phys_size_t types accordingly.

The definitions for CONFIG_SYS_PROMPT are varied with little reason other
than to display the board name. Over half the definitions are "==> ", so
make this the default. The rest of the boards remain unchanged to avoid
breaking any external scripts expecting a certain prompt.

Support tracing on sandbox by adding suitable CONFIG options. To enable it,
compile U-Boot with FTRACE=1.
The timer functions are marked to skip tracing, since these are called from
the tracing code itself, and we want to avoid an infinite loop.

With sandbox it is tricky to add an FDT to the image at build time (or
later) since we build an ELF file, not a plain binary, and the address
space of the whole U-Boot is not accessible in the emulated memory map
of sandbox.
Sandbox can read files directly from the host, though, so add an option
to read an FDT from a host file on start-up.
