Use 'struct' instead of a typdef. Also since 'struct block_dev_desc' is long
and causes 80-column violations, rename it to struct blk_desc.

Remove FAT function prototypes from the cm5200 firmware update code, and
include the relevant headers instead.
This exposes the fact that the custom prototyoe for do_fat_read() in
this file was incorrect. Rather than simply fixing the call-site, replace
do_fat_read() with fat_exists(). This removes the only use of
do_fat_read() outside of the FAT code.

The duplication of the do_bootm prototype has gotten out of hand,
and they're pretty much all outdated (wrt constness). Unify them
all in command.h.

The hush shell dynamically allocates (and re-allocates) memory for the
argument strings in the "char *argv[]" argument vector passed to
commands. Any code that modifies these pointers will cause serious
corruption of the malloc data structures and crash U-Boot, so make
sure the compiler can check that no such modifications are being done
by changing the code into "char * const argv[]".
This modification is the result of debugging a strange crash caused
after adding a new command, which used the following argument
processing code which has been working perfectly fine in all Unix
systems since version 6 - but not so in U-Boot:
int main (int argc, char **argv)
{
while (--argc > 0 && **++argv == '-') {
/* ====> */ while (*++*argv) {
switch (**argv) {
case 'd':
debug++;
break;
...
default:
usage ();
}
}
}
...
}
The line marked "====>" will corrupt the malloc data structures and
usually cause U-Boot to crash when the next command gets executed by
the shell. With the modification, the compiler will prevent this with
an
error: increment of read-only location '*argv'
N.B.: The code above can be trivially rewritten like this:
while (--argc > 0 && **++argv == '-') {
char *arg = *argv;
while (*++arg) {
switch (*arg) {
...

Add the ability for modules from the Schindler cm5200 family to use a
single U-Boot image:
- rename cm1_qp1 to cm5200
- add run-time module detection
- parametrize SDRAM configuration according to the module we are running on
Few minor, board-specific fixes included in this patch:
- better MAC address handling
- updated default environment ('update' command uses +{filesize} now)
- improved error messages in the auto-update code
- allow booting U-Boot from RAM (CFG_RAMBOOT)
