This sets the default commands Kconfig to match
include/config_cmd_default.h commands in the common/Kconfig and removes
them from include/configs.

Some archs/boards specify their own default by pre-defining the config
which causes the Kconfig system to mix up the order of the configs in
the defconfigs... This will cause merge pain if allowed to proliferate.
Remove the configs that behave this way from the archs.
A few configs still remain, but that is because they only exist as
defaults and do not have a proper Kconfig entry. Those appear to be:

We are about to switch to Kconfig in the next commit.
But there are something to get done beforehand.
In Kconfig, include/generated/autoconf.h defines boolean
CONFIG macros as 1.
CONFIG_SPL and CONFIG_TPL, if defined, must be set to 1.
Otherwise, when switching to Kconfig, the build log
would be sprinkled with warning messages like this:

There was no enough memory for malloc in SPL booting from spi flash, so
relayout the memory in SPL: reduce the memory for global data from 16K
Bytes to 4K Bytes, save the space for malloc.

u-boot binary size for Freescale mpc85xx platforms is 512KB.
This has been reached to upper limit for some of the platforms causig
linker error.
So, Increase the u-boot binary size to 768KB.

The last users of CONFIG_KGDB_SER_INDEX were removed more than 3 years

The definitions for CONFIG_SYS_PROMPT are varied with little reason other
than to display the board name. Over half the definitions are "==> ", so
make this the default. The rest of the boards remain unchanged to avoid
breaking any external scripts expecting a certain prompt.

The pci_indirect.c file is always compiled when
CONFIG_PCI is defined although the indirect PCI
bridge support is not needed by every board.
Introduce a new CONFIG_PCI_INDIRECT_BRIDGE
config option and only compile indirect PCI
bridge support if this options is enabled.
Also add the new option into the configuration
files of the boards which needs that.
Compile tested for powerpc, x86, arm and nds32.

This patch is essentially an update of u-boot MTD subsystem to
the state of Linux-3.7.1 with exclusion of some bits:
- the update is concentrated on NAND, no onenand or CFI/NOR/SPI
flashes interfaces are updated EXCEPT for API changes.
- new large NAND chips support is there, though some updates
have got in Linux-3.8.-rc1, (which will follow on top of this patch).
To produce this update I used tag v3.7.1 of linux-stable repository.
The update was made using application of relevant patches,
with changes relevant to U-Boot-only stuff sticked together
to keep bisectability. Then all changes were grouped together
to this patch.

With the u-boot-with-spl.bin rule calling $(OBJCOPY) with
CONFIG_SPL_PAD_TO, and CONFIG_SPL_PAD_TO defaulting to
CONFIG_SPL_MAX_SIZE we cannot use math here, so set it to 4096 rather
than 4 * 1024.

board configuration file is included before asm/config_mpc85xx.h.
however, CONFIG_FSL_SATA_V2 is defined in asm/config_mpc85xx.h.
it will never take effective in the board configuration file for
this kind of code :

To solve this problem, move CONFIG_FSL_SATA_V2 to board
configuration header file.

Add TLB mappings, board target options, and configuration items
need for SPI/SD boot.
Since P1022DS RevB board, the NOR flash have been changed to 16 bit/28bit
address flash, therefore, when SDHC/ESPI booting and access to eLBC,
the PMUXCR[0~1] must be set to 10b, and PMUXCR[9~10] must be set to
00b for them.
Configure the PX_BRDCFG0[0~1] to 10b which is connected to
SPI devices as SPI_CS(0:3)_B.

Remove some unused default environment variables (memctl_intlv_ctl,
perf_mode, diuregs, dium, and diuerr), update 'tftpflash' variable,
and add videobootargs as a Linux command line variable (so that we can
easily pass video= to the kernel).

Exactly one board has defined CONFIG_SYS_PROMPT_HUSH_PS2 to a value
different than "> " which is vision2. I have Cc'd the maintainer here
as I strongly suspect this is a bug rather than intentional behavior.

Macro CONFIG_FSL_SATA_V2 is defined if the SOC has a V2 Freescale SATA
controller, so it should be defined in config_mpc85xx.h instead of the various
board header files. So now CONFIG_FSL_SATA_V2 is always defined on the P1013,
P1022, P2041, P3041, P5010, and P5020. It was already defined for the
P1010 and P1014.

The macro CONFIG_ENABLE_36BIT_PHYS is used to indicate that the given SOC is
capable of 36-bit physical addresses, even if such large addresses are not
used. On two boards, this macro was enabled only when building a 36-bit
image.

Introduce the CONFIG_SYS_CCSRBAR_PHYS_HIGH and CONFIG_SYS_CCSRBAR_PHYS_LOW
macros, which contain the high and low portions of CONFIG_SYS_CCSRBAR_PHYS.
This is necessary for the assembly-language code that relocates CCSR, since
the assembler does not understand 64-bit constants.
CONFIG_SYS_CCSRBAR_PHYS is automatically defined from the
CONFIG_SYS_CCSRBAR_PHYS_HIGH and CONFIG_SYS_CCSRBAR_PHYS_LOW macros, so it
should not be defined in a board header file. Similarly,
CONFIG_SYS_CCSRBAR_DEFAULT is defined for each SOC in config_mpc85xx.h, so
it should also not be defined in the board header file.
CONFIG_SYS_CCSR_DO_NOT_RELOCATE is a "short-cut" macro that guarantees that
CONFIG_SYS_CCSRBAR_PHYS is set to the same value as CONFIG_SYS_CCSRBAR_DEFAULT,
and so CCSR will not be relocated.
Since CONFIG_SYS_CCSRBAR_DEFAULT is locked to a fixed value, multi-stage U-Boot
builds (e.g. NAND) are required to relocate CCSR only during the last stage
(i.e. the "real" U-Boot). All other stages should define
CONFIG_SYS_CCSR_DO_NOT_RELOCATE to ensure that CCSR is not relocated.
README is updated with descriptions of all the CONFIG_SYS_CCSRBAR_xxx macros.

CONFIG_SYS_BOOTMAPSZ has been 64M on these boards for some time so we
should also allow the kernel image to be up to 64M decompressed. This
also matches what we pass to the OS based on the ePAPR specification.

Use the 'video-mode' environment variable (for Freescale chips that have a
DIU display controller) to designate the full video configuration. Previously,
the DIU driver used the 'monitor' variable, and it was used only to determine
the output video port.
The old definition of the "monitor" environment variable only determines
which video port to use for output. This variable was set to a number (0,
1, or sometimes 2) to specify a DVI, LVDS, or Dual-LVDS port. The
resolution was hard-coded into board-specific code. The Linux command-line
arguments needed to be hard-coded to the proper video definition string.
