The sandburst-specific i2c drivers have been deleted, conflict was just
over the SPDX conversion.

Add MCF5441x CPU support.
The MCF5441x devices are a family of highly-integrated 32-bit
microprocessors based on the Version 4m ColdFire microarchitecture,
comprising of the V4 integer core, memory management unit(MMU) and
enchanced multiply-accumulate unit(EMAC).

to RMII as used on the evaluation boards).

This patch adds the possibility to handle seperate PHYs to MCF5445x.
Naming is chosen to resemble the contrary CONFIG_FEC_SHARED_PHY in the
linux kernel.
