Add support for the Kosagi Novena board. Currently supported are:
- I2C busses
- FEC Ethernet
- MMC0, MMC1, Booting from MMC
- SATA
- USB ports
- USB Ethernet

MMCSD_MODE_FAT => MMCSD_MODE_FS

Building the SPL in Thumb mode saves roughly 30% in size of the
resulting SPL binary. As the size of SPL it limited on the MX6,
this helps a lot.
