ce3a63905b ARM: UniPhier: use CONFIG_SPL_STACK to define SPL stack pointer 
Ifdef conditionals for CONFIG options are not Kconfig-friendly.
Instead, define CONFIG_SPL_STACK to prepare for Kconfig moves.
