9d8fbd1b20 powerpc, 8xx: Fixup all 8xx u-boot.lds scripts 
8xx was left behind when fixing up powerpc linking
scripts to support -fpic.

44c6e6591c rename _end to __bss_end__ 
Currently, _end is used for end of BSS section.  We want _end to mean
end of u-boot image, so we rename _end to __bss_end__ first.
