The function arch_cpu_init_dm was renamed to fsp_setup_pinctrl in these
cases, so rename debug / docs to match.

The current name is inconsistent with SPL which uses CONFIG_SPL_TEXT_BASE
and this makes it imposible to use CONFIG_VAL().
Rename it to resolve this problem.

Add detailed information on how to build the coral image, since it needs
binary blobs. Provide a way to avoid the memory-training delay. Also show
the console output from a sample run.

The value for "Top of CAR region" should be fefc0000, not
fefc000. This matches the Kconfig default values, as
SYS_CAR_ADDR and SYS_CAR_SIZE are 0xfef00000 and 0xc0000
respectively.

Add support for coral which is a range of Apollo Lake-based Chromebook
released in 2017. This also includes reef released in 2016, since it is
based on the same SoC.
