b5126f26d0 video: broadwell: Use mtrr_set_next_var() for graphics memory
At present this uses mtrr_add_request() & mtrr_commit() combination
to program the MTRR for graphics memory. This usage has two major
issues as below:

- mtrr_commit() will re-initialize all MTRR registers from index 0,
using the settings previously added by mtrr_add_request() and saved
in gd->arch.mtrr_req[], which won't cause any issue but is unnecessary
- The way such combination works is based on the assumption that U-Boot
has full control with MTRR programming (e.g.: U-Boot without any blob
that does all low-level initialization on its own, or using FSP2 which
does not touch MTRR), but this is not the case with FSP. FSP programs
some MTRRs during its execution but U-Boot does not have the settings
saved in gd->arch.mtrr_req[] and when doing mtrr_commit() it will
corrupt what was already programmed previously.

Correct this to use mtrr_set_next_var() instead.

cafe8712e8 video: Renname vbe.h to vesa.h
We want to use VBE to mean Verfiied Boot for Embedded in U-Boot. Rename
the existing VBE (Vesa BIOS extensions) to allow this.

Verified Boot for Embedded is documented doc/develop/vbe.rst

401d1c4f5d common: Drop asm/global_data.h from common header
Move this out of the common header and include it only where needed. In
a number of cases this requires adding "struct udevice;" to avoid adding
another large header or in other cases replacing / adding missing header
files that had been pulled in, very indirectly. Finally, we have a few
cases where we did not need to include <asm/global_data.h> at all, so
remove that include.

d1998a9fde dm: treewide: Rename ofdata_to_platdata() to of_to_plat()
This name is far too long. Rename it to remove the 'data' bits. This makes
it consistent with the platdata->plat rename.

caa4daa2ae dm: treewide: Rename 'platdata' variables to just 'plat'
We use 'priv' for private data but often use 'platdata' for platform data.
We can't really use 'pdata' since that is ambiguous (it could mean private
or platform data).

Rename some of the latter variables to end with 'plat' for consistency.

41575d8e4c dm: treewide: Rename auto_alloc_size members to be shorter
This construct is quite long-winded. In earlier days it made some sense
since auto-allocation was a strange concept. But with driver model now
used pretty universally, we can shorten this to 'auto'. This reduces
verbosity and makes it easier to read.

Coincidentally it also ensures that every declaration is on one line,
thus making dtoc's job easier.

08b7b65168 chromebook_samus: Enable the copy framebuffer
Update the video driver to support this feature and enable it on samus.
Also remove the multi-line scrolling since normal scrolling is fast enough
now.

With this change, the time taken to print the environment to the display
without CONFIG_CONSOLE_SCROLL_LINES is reduced from about 430ms to 12ms.

83d290c56f SPDX: Convert all of our single license tags to Linux Kernel style
When U-Boot started using SPDX tags we were among the early adopters and
there weren't a lot of other examples to borrow from. So we picked the
area of the file that usually had a full license text and replaced it
with an appropriate SPDX-License-Identifier: entry. Since then, the
Linux Kernel has adopted SPDX tags and they place it as the very first
line in a file (except where shebangs are used, then it's second line)
and with slightly different comment styles than us.

In part due to community overlap, in part due to better tag visibility
and in part for other minor reasons, switch over to that style.

This commit changes all instances where we have a single declared
license in the tag as both the before and after are identical in tag
contents. There's also a few places where I found we did not have a tag
and have introduced one.

97cb092763 x86: broadwell: Add video support
Add a video driver for Intel's broadwell integrated graphics controller.
This uses a binary blob for most init, with the driver just performing a few
basic tasks.

This driver supports VESA as the mode-setting mechanism. Since most boards
don't support driver model yet with VESA, a special case is added to the
Kconfig for broadwell. Eventually all boards will use driver model and this
can be removed.
