GS-King-X is also supported with the beelink-s922x FIP sources and can use
the GT-King defconfig. Add a board document with instructions.

It is a pain to have to specify the value 16 in each call. Add a new
hextoul() function and update the code to use it.
Add a proper comment to simple_strtoul() while we are here.

The static ethernet link type config code is no more needed because now handled by
the meson8b glue driver, delete it.
