The boot_devices constants for rk3288 were changed to match the
binding, but the dtsi file was not synced.
Fix by renaming the rk3288 mmc node names.
Also correct the clock name for "ciu-drive".

sync the power domain dt-binding header.
This is the state as of v5.17 in Linux.

rk3288 and rk3288w have a usb host0 ohci controller.
Although rk3288 ohci doesn't actually work on hardware, but
rk3288w ohci can work well.
So add usb host0 ohci node in rk3288 dtsi and the quirk in
ohci platform driver will disable ohci on rk3288.

When U-Boot started using SPDX tags we were among the early adopters and
there weren't a lot of other examples to borrow from. So we picked the
area of the file that usually had a full license text and replaced it
with an appropriate SPDX-License-Identifier: entry. Since then, the
Linux Kernel has adopted SPDX tags and they place it as the very first
line in a file (except where shebangs are used, then it's second line)
and with slightly different comment styles than us.
In part due to community overlap, in part due to better tag visibility
and in part for other minor reasons, switch over to that style.
This commit changes all instances where we have a single declared
license in the tag as both the before and after are identical in tag
contents. There's also a few places where I found we did not have a tag
and have introduced one.

The LCDC assigned rate is 0, it will make boot error,
error log:"pll_para_config: the frequency can not be
0 Hz". Remove them, and the lcdc driver will do the
correct clock rate setting.

Enable fastboot feature on rk3288.
This path doesn't support the fastboot flash function command entirely.
We will hit "cannot find partition" assertion without specified
partition environment. Define gpt partition layout in specified board
such as firefly-rk3288, then enjoy it!

Enable these devices using the VOPL video output device. We explicitly
disable VOPB in the device tree to avoid it taking over. Since this device
has an LCD display this comes up by default. If the display fails for some
reason then it will attempt to use HDMI. It is possible to force it to fail
(and thus fall back to HDMI) by puting 'return -EPERM' at the top of
rk_edp_probe(). For now there is no easy way to select between the two.

Bring in required device tree files from Linux. Since mainline Linux is
