Use the _ptr suffixed variant instead of casting. Also, convert it to
dev_read_addr_ptr(), which is safe to CONFIG_OF_LIVE.
One curious part is an error check like follows in
drivers/watchdog/omap_wdt.c:
priv->regs = (struct wd_timer *)devfdt_get_addr(dev);
if (!priv->regs)
return -EINVAL;
devfdt_get_addr() returns FDT_ADDR_T_NONE (i.e. -1) on error.
So, this code does not catch any error in DT parsing.
dev_read_addr_ptr() returns NULL on error, so this error check
will work.
I generated this commit by the following command:

At present dm/device.h includes the linux-compatible features. This
requires including linux/compat.h which in turn includes a lot of headers.
One of these is malloc.h which we thus end up including in every file in
U-Boot. Apart from the inefficiency of this, it is problematic for sandbox
which needs to use the system malloc() in some files.
Move the compatibility features into a separate header file.

At present devres.h is included in all files that include dm.h but few
make use of it. Also this pulls in linux/compat which adds several more
headers. Drop the automatic inclusion and require files to include devres
themselves. This provides a good indication of which files use devres.

Per feedback from Marek, he suggested better handling and
to enable DM_FLAG_OS_PREPARE, this patch re-orders some of
the error checking, and errors returns the error code right
away and also sets DM_FLAG_OS_PREPARE.

This patch reuses some former code for the hawkboard, combines it
with some some similar DM_USB compatible code for the OHCI driver,
and enables the use of the da850's OHCI controller with DM_USB
compatibility.

When U-Boot started using SPDX tags we were among the early adopters and
there weren't a lot of other examples to borrow from. So we picked the
area of the file that usually had a full license text and replaced it
with an appropriate SPDX-License-Identifier: entry. Since then, the
Linux Kernel has adopted SPDX tags and they place it as the very first
line in a file (except where shebangs are used, then it's second line)
and with slightly different comment styles than us.
In part due to community overlap, in part due to better tag visibility
and in part for other minor reasons, switch over to that style.
This commit changes all instances where we have a single declared
license in the tag as both the before and after are identical in tag
contents. There's also a few places where I found we did not have a tag
and have introduced one.

Also enable the ohci port on hawkboard. These additions result in an
increased u-boot size -- adjust the same accordingly in the board's
config.
Move the usb header for da8xx platforms under arch-davinci.
