Introduce include/environment/ti/dfu.h that
consolidates environment variable definitions
for various TI boards that support DFU today.
Tested on AM335x EVM, AM437x SK EVM and DRA74x
EVM by using DFU to write to SD card.

Introduce a hidden USB_FUNCTION_DFU Kconfig option and select it for
CMD_DFU (as we must have the DFU command enabled to do anything DFU).
Make all of the entries in drivers/dfu/Kconfig depend on CMD_DFU and add
options for all of the back end choices that DFU can make use of.

The meaning of CONFIG_USB in U-Boot is different from that in Linux.
As you see in drivers/usb/Kconfig of Linux, CONFIG_USB enables the
USB host controller support, while CONFIG_USB_SUPPORT is used to
enable the whole of the USB sub-system.
When I added CONFIG_USB into Kconfig by commit 6e7e9294d3 ("usb:
add basic USB configs in Kconfig"), I planned to follow the Linux's
convention, i.e. CONFIG_USB to enable/disable the USB host support.
Then, commit 68f7c5db2d ("usb: Generic USB Kconfig option, that
fits both host and gadget and comments") changed the logic of the
CONFIG_USB to point to the whole of the USB sub-system. As a result,
currently we do not have an option for USB host.
This commit adds CONFIG_USB_HOST, which will be useful to compile
in the USB host support code.
CONFIG_USB_HOST is not referenced at all, but strangely some boards
define it in board headers. I removed them because USB_HOST will be
selected in Kconfig going forward.

This option currently enables both the command and the SCSI functionality.
Rename the existing option to CONFIG_SCSI since most of the code relates
to the feature.

This syncs up the current cmd/Kconfig and include/configs/ files with the
only exception being CMD_NAND. Due to how we have used this historically
we need to take further care here when converting.

Move CONFIG_USB_GADGET_DUALSPEED option to Kconfig and
make all UDC controllers select USB_GADGET_DUALSPEED:
- add next options to Kconfig selecting USB_GADGET_DUALSPEED:
- USB_GADGET_ATMEL_USBA
- USB_GADGET_DWC2_OTG
- USB_DWC3
- CI_UDC
- make USB_MUSB_GADGET select USB_GADGET_DUALSPEED
While at it, make some related fixes:
- remove DUALSPEED from configs that don't enable gadget support:
- kwb.h
- tseries.h
- add missing USB_GADGET option to next configs:
- novena_defconfig
- pcm051_rev*_defconfig
- xfi3_defconfig

The description was borrowed from kernel. Definitions were added to
defconfig files in a way that "make savedefconfig" generates exactly
the same file as used defconfig.
Boards using 0 mA as CONFIG_USB_GADGET_VBUS_DRAW value were moved to use
2 mA (as minimal allowed by Kconfig).

to "bool" (I believe we don't support modules for u-boot yet, right?).
CONFIG_USB_GADGET requires CONFIG_USB to be defined too, so add it along
as well.

In the cases where we make use of environment in SPL we do not need
these defaults compiled in and available. These are taking up space
that in some cases now prevent linking, so drop.

Out of all OMAP5-like boards, only one of them

that for that particular board only, instead of

so implement scsi_init().

Update omap5_common.h to use ti_armv7_common.h, and in turn update
dra7xx_evm.h and omap5_uevm.h slightly. The biggest changes here are
that IP blocks which exist on the platform, and had clocks enabled,
now have the drivers being built as well.

Warm reset on OMAP5 freezes when USB cable is connected.
Fix requires PRM_RSTTIME.RSTTIME1 to be programmed
with the time for which reset should be held low for the
voltages and the oscillator to reach stable state.
There are 3 parameters to be considered for calculating
the time, which are mostly board and PMIC dependent.
-1- Time taken by the Oscillator to shut + restart
-2- PMIC OTP times
-3- Voltage rail ramp times, which inturn depends on the
PMIC slew rate and value of the voltage ramp needed.
In order to keep the code in u-boot simple, have a way
for boards to specify a pre computed time directly using
the 'CONFIG_OMAP_PLATFORM_RESET_TIME_MAX_USEC'
option. If boards fail to specify the time, use a default
as specified by 'CONFIG_DEFAULT_OMAP_RESET_TIME_MAX_USEC' instead.
Using the default value translates into some ~22ms and should work in
all cases.
However in order to avoid this large delay hiding other bugs,
its recommended that all boards look at their respective data
sheets and specify a pre computed and optimal value using
'CONFIG_OMAP_PLATFORM_RESET_TIME_MAX_USEC'
In order to help future board additions to compute this
config option value, add a README at doc/README.omap-reset-time
which explains how to compute the value. Also update the toplevel
README with the additional option and pointers to
doc/README.omap-reset-time.

TPS659038/TWL6035/TWL6037 all belong to palmas family of TI PMICs
Rename twl6035 to palmas to allow reuse across multiple current and
future platforms
As part of this change, change the CONFIG_TWL6035_POWER to
CONFIG_PALMAS_POWER and update usage of header file accordingly.

The omap5_uevm platform has eMMC, and it makes sense to say that our
default env storage shall reside there. Other platforms may not, so
move this choice to the EVM config. In addition, we should provide some
way to partition the flash for later usage, so take advantage of the GPT
partition table support code and allow that to be setup with some
reasonable defaults.
