Not all portals might be managed and therefore visible.
Set the isdr register so that the corresponding isr register
won't be set. This is required when supporting power management.

The SD supply Voltage was 3.3V on T4240RDB, so enabled 3.3V support for eSDHC.

Enable CAAM in platforms supporting the hardware block.
Hash command enabled along with hardware accelerated support for
SHA-1 and SHA-256 for platforms which have CAAM block.

T4160RDB shares the same platform as T4240RDB. T4160 is
a low power version of T4240, with the eight e6500 cores,
two DDR3 controllers, and same peripheral bus interfaces.
