QEMU print and console buffer sizes have been restricted on QEMU below
their default values.
One of the side effects of the print buffer size restriction is output
truncation of the 'efidebug dh' command.
As QEMU does not have special memory size restrictions remove the settings
from the defconfig files and go with the generic defaults.

Commit 02be57caf7 ("riscv: qemu: Enable usb keyboard as an input
device") adds PCI xHCI support to QEMU RISC-V virtual machines and
enables using a USB keyboard as one of the input devices. Similarly,
enable those for ARM virtual machines as well.

As part of this, rework error handling in boot/bootm.c so that we pass
the buffer size to handle_decomp_error as CONFIG_SYS_BOOTM_LEN will not
be available to host tools but we do know the size that we passed to
malloc().

- Make all users of CUSTOM_SYS_INIT_SP_ADDR reference SYS_INIT_SP_ADDR
- Introduce HAS_CUSTOM_SYS_INIT_SP_ADDR to allow for setting the stack
pointer directly, otherwise we use the common calculation.
- On some platforms that were using the standard calculation but did not
set CONFIG_SYS_INIT_RAM_SIZE / CONFIG_SYS_INIT_RAM_ADDR, set them.
- On a small number of platforms that were not subtracting
GENERATED_GBL_DATA_SIZE do so now via the standard calculation.
- CONFIG_SYS_INIT_SP_OFFSET is now widely unused, so remove it from most
board config header files.

Apple SoCs have an integrated NVMe controller that isn't connected
over a PCIe bus. In preparation for adding support for this NVMe
controller, split out the PCI support into its own file. This file
is selected through a new CONFIG_NVME_PCI Kconfig option, so do
a wholesale replacement of CONFIG_NVME with CONFIG_NVME_PCI.

Use this new Kconfig instead of OF_BOARD, so we know for sure which boards
obtain their devicetree from a prior stage. Leave sandbox alone since it
does not. Also don't touch xilinx_versal_virt since it does not have a
specific TARGET Kconfig.
This option implies OF_BOARD for now, but with future work standard
passage may be used instead.

With TPM emulation enabled in u-boot-test-hooks we should also provide the
tpm2 command used for the test/py/tests/test_tpm2.py test.
One of the Python TPMv2 tests expects sandbox specific values. So disable
it on other platforms.

CONFIG_EFI_GRUB_ARM32 is only needed for architectures with caches that are
not managed via CP15 (or for some outdated buggy versions of GRUB). It
makes more sense to disable the setting per architecture than per defconfig.
Move QEMU's CONFIG_EFI_GRUB_ARM32_WORKAROUND=n from defconfig to Kconfig.

The QEMU/mach-virt targeted port of u-boot currently only runs on
QEMU under TCG emulation, which does not model the caches at all,
and so no users can exist that are relying on the GRUB hack for
EFI boot.
We will shortly enable support for running under KVM, but the GRUB
hack (which disables all caches without doing cache cleaning by VA
during ExitBootServices()) is likely to cause more problems than it
solves, given that KVM hosts require correct maintenance if they
incorporate non-architected system caches.
So let's disable the GRUB hack by default on the QEMU/mach-virt
port.

QEMU's mach-virt machine only supports selecting CPU models that
implement the virtualization extensions, and are therefore guaranteed
to support LPAE as well.
Initially, QEMU would not allow emulating these CPUs running in HYP
mode (or EL2, for AArch64), but today, it also contains a complete
implementation of the virtualization extensions themselves.
This means we could be running U-Boot in HYP mode, in which case the
LPAE long descriptor page table format is the only format that is
supported. If we are not running in HYP mode, we can use either.
So let's enable CONFIG_ARMV7_LPAE for qemu_arm_defconfig so that we
get the best support for running with the MMU and caches enabled at
any privilege level.

- In ARMv8 NXP Layerscape platforms we also need to make use of
CONFIG_SYS_RELOC_GD_ENV_ADDR now, do so.
- On ENV_IS_IN_REMOTE, CONFIG_ENV_OFFSET is never used, drop the define
to 0.
- Add Kconfig entry for ENV_ADDR.
- Make ENV_ADDR / ENV_OFFSET depend on the env locations that use it.
- Add ENV_xxx_REDUND options that depend on their primary option and
SYS_REDUNDAND_ENVIRONMENT
- On a number of PowerPC platforms, use SPL_ENV_ADDR not CONFIG_ENV_ADDR
for the pre-main-U-Boot environment location.
- On ENV_IS_IN_SPI_FLASH, check not for CONFIG_ENV_ADDR being set but
rather it being non-zero, as it will now be zero by default.
- Rework the env_offset absolute in env/embedded.o to not use
CONFIG_ENV_OFFSET as it was the only use of ENV_OFFSET within
ENV_IS_IN_FLASH.
- Migrate all platforms.

To reduce the default image size CONFIG_CMD_NVEDIT_EFI was disabled by
default. Re-enable it on the QEMU platforms supporting the UEFI sub-system.

Both are together in one commit, since otherwise the former causes kconfig
to define the latter, which gives duplicate symbol errors.
Includes a manual fixup for CONFIG_PREBOOT in ids8313_defconfig since the
backslash lands in the wrong place. Similarly with socfpga_vining_fpga.

Currently on qemu-arm platforms environment is kept in RAM. Instead
use pflash device 1 to provide persistent environment support across
device reset.
Also (optionally) provide support for persistent environment across
qemu machine OFF/ON using following instructions:
- Create envstore.img using qemu-img:
qemu-img create -f raw envstore.img 64M
- Add a pflash drive parameter to the command line:
-drive if=pflash,format=raw,index=1,file=envstore.img
