Sync the devicetree files from the official Linux kernel tree, v6.4-rc2.
This is covering both 64-bit and 32-bit Allwinner SoCs with Arm Ltd.
cores, we skip the new RISC-V bits for now, as sunxi RISC-V support
is still work in progress.
Among smaller cosmetic changes, this adds a SATA regulator node which we
need in U-Boot to get rid of hard-coded GPIOs.
Also this updates the Allwinner F1C100s DTs, enabling USB support, and
also adds the DTs for two new boards.
As before, this omits the non-backwards compatible changes to the R_INTC
controller, to remain compatible with older kernels.

Sync the devicetree files from the Linux kernel repo, v6.2-rc2.
This is covering the 32-bit SoCs, from arch/arm/boot/dts.
This enables some new devices for the F1C100s family, though this is of
little relevance to U-Boot itself.
The H3 gains the "phys" property for the first USB controller, which
prevents an error message when U-Boot's USB stack comes up, and allows
using this port in host mode.
As before, this omits the non-backwards compatible changes to the R_INTC
controller, to remain compatible with older kernels.

The initial U-Boot F1C100s port was based on the mainline kernel DT
files, which were quite basic and were missing the essential MMC and
SPI peripherals. While we could work around this in the SPL by
hardcoding the required information, this left U-Boot proper without SD
card or SPI flash support, so actual loading would require FEL boot.
Now the missing DT bits have been submitted and accepted in the kernel
tree, so lets sync back those files into U-Boot to enable MMC and
SPI, plus benefit from some fixes.
This is a verbatim copy of the .dts and .dtsi file from
linux-sunxi/dt-for-5.19[1], which have been part of linux-next for a
while as well.
