Nokia RX-51: Enable CONFIG_SUPPORT_RAW_INITRD

Browse source 
This enable booting of Debian systems which use raw initrd image (instead
of uInitrd created by mkimage). This change increase size of u-boot.bin
binary by just 64 bytes.
