configs: ls2088aqds: fix synchronous exception

Browse source 
IFC NOR flash base address of ls2088a is 0x580000000,
and offset of env crc is 0x500000, so fix the macro
CONFIG_ENV_ADDR to fix synchronous exception(access illegal address)
