ppc4xx: Update CPU strapping for PMC440 boards
This patch removes the temporary 'test' strapping option of the sbe command. The '667' strapping option now uses a PLB/PCI divider of 3. Signed-off-by: Matthias Fuchs <matthias.fuchs@esd-electronics.com>
