arm64: zynqmp: Fix addresses in partition definitions

Node name should be <name>@<address> which is not how partitions are
described.

Issue was found by running dtbs_check as:
flash@0: 'partition@qspi-device-tree', 'partition@qspi-fsbl-uboot',
'partition@qspi-linux', 'partition@qspi-rootfs'
do not match any of the regexes: ...
